Relación de la motivación docente y la gestión pedagógica en la Institución Educativa Colegio Nacional de Iquitos 2010

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación fue: Determinar la relación que existe entre la motivación la Motivación Docente y la Gestión Pedagógica en la Institución Educativa Colegio Nacional Iquitos 2010. La investigación fue de tipo correlacional y el diseño fue una investigación correlacional transversal. La población estuvo comprendida por 122 docentes de la institución educativa Colegio Nacional Iquitos, año 2010 y la muestra la constituyó los 122 docentes el que fue elegido en forma de asignación aleatoria. La técnica que se empleó en la recolección de datos se efectuó en forma computarizada utilizando el paquete estadístico SPSS versión 15 en español sobre la tabla de tabulación. Los resultados se presentan en cuadros y gráficos. El análisis descriptivo de los datos se efectuó empleando la estadística descriptiva: distribución de frecuencias, promedio simple ( ) y porcentaje, y el análisis inferencial se efectuó empleando la estadística inferencial no paramétrica chi cuadrada (x²). En la constatación de la hipótesis principal se empleó la prueba estadística inferencial no paramétrica chi cuadrada (X2) se observa que X2 c = 8.30, X2 t= 0.103, gl = 2, = 0.05%, siendo X2 c>X2 t con la que se acepta la hipótesis principal de la investigación: Existe relación significativa entre la motivación docente y la gestión Pedagógica en la Institución Educativa Colegio Nacional Iquitos durante el año 2010.

The aim of the investigation was: To determinate the relation ship that exists between the teacher´s motivation and the pedagogical step in the Educative Institution “Colegio Nacional, de Iquitos 2010”. The investigation was a correlational type and the design was a transverse correlational investigation. The population was covered by 122 teachers from the Educative Institution “Colegio Nacional, de Iquitos”in 2010, and the 122 teachers from the school were chosen in an aleatory assigriment way. The technique used along the Information collecting was computerized, using the statistical package (SPSS) Spanish version Nº 15, over the tabulation table. The results are presented in charts and graphics. The descriptive information analysis was carried ont using the descriptive statistic: Frequencys distribution, simple overage ( x ) and percentage, and also, the inferencial analysis was carried ont by using the non parametric inferencial statistic, “chi” Squared ( x2 ). On the verifying of the main hyphotesis we used, the non parametric inferencial statistic test, “chi” squared ( x2 ) and we observe that x2c = 8.30, x2t = 0,103, gl = 2, = 0,05%, being x2c > x2t, which the main hyphotesis of the investigation was accepted: There is a significant relationship between the teacher´s motivation and the pedagogical step, in the Educative Institution “Colegio Nacional de Iquitos” during the year 2010.
