Variables asociadas a satisfacción del paciente post operado con el cuidado enfermero Departamento de Cirugía- Hospital Iquitos César Garayar García, 2012

Abstract

El propósito del presente trabajo de investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre las variables edad, sexo, estado civil, nivel de instrucción, ocupación, nivel socioeconómico y la satisfacción del paciente post operado con el cuidado enfermero recibido en el Departamento de Cirugía del Hospital !quitos "César Garayar García",2012. Se empleó el método cuantitativo, la muestra estuvo constituida por 53 (100%) pacientes post operados mediatos. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron: Ficha para identificar las variables asociadas y el cuestionario para determinar el nivel de satisfacción del paciente; cuya Validez fue de 89% y su Confiabilidad 83%. La información fue procesada mediante el uso del Software P ASW Statistics V.18.0. Siendo los resultados: El 84.9% (45) de los pacientes están insatisfechos con la atención recibida. No se encontró asociación estadísticamente significativa entre las variables asociadas: sexo, estado civil, nivel de instrucción, ocupación y nivel socioeconómico con la satisfacción del paciente post operado con el Cuidado Enfermero recibido, por lo cual se rechaza la hipótesis.The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between the variables age, sex, marital status, education level, occupation and socioeconornic status and patient satisfaction with post surgery nursing carereceived en the Department of Surgery. Since, the observed during the development of our pre-professional training, the Department of Surgery - Iquitos Hospital "César Garayar Garcia", 2012. Quantitative method was used, Population and Sample was established by 53(100%) patients that were operated mediate. Data were collected using a filing card to identify associated variables and a questionnaire to determine the level of patient satisfaction, whose validity was 89% and reliability 83%. The information was processed using the SPSS software statistics V.l8.0. The results obtained: that 84.9% (45) patients said they were unsatisfied with their care. No significant association with variables associated: sex, marital status, education level, occupation and socioeconornic status found with patient satisfaction post operated by Care Nurse, which hypothesis is rejected.
