Sistema web para gestión de pedidos en línea en atención a clientes de distribuidora Pirámide S.A.C. Iquitos- Perú 2010

Abstract

El presente proyecto consiste en el "Diseño e implementación de Sistema de Gestión de Pedidos en Línea", desarrollado por el Bachiller en Ingeniería de Sistemas e Informática Haroldo Galo Vela, perteneciendo a la empresa Distribuidora Pirámide S.A.C dedicada al rubro de la distribución de artículos de primera necesidad en nuestra localidad. Para el desarrollo del proyecto se empleó como metodología: EL RUP (Proceso Unificado de Rational), es un proceso de desarrollo de la ingeniería de software, que se adapta especialmente bien a UML que es un lenguaje estándar para la visualización, especificación, construcción y documentación de artefactos de un sistema, constituyendo la metodología estándar más utilizada para el análisis, implementación y documentación de sistemas orientados a objetos , siendo el objetivo de RUP permitir la producción de un software de alta calidad que satisfaga las necesidades de los usuarios finales, dentro de planificaciones y presupuestos predecibles. [URLOI] Este proyecto tiene como objetivo la automatización del proceso de pedidos, los cuales se ven reflejados en la reducción de horas hombre en el proceso de toma de pedidos; de esta manera se facilita al cliente realizar su pedido sin la necesidad de pagar costos como teléfono, movilidad, etc, además el cliente puede visualizar el catálogo de artículos en tiempo real.Títle: Web system for Order Management Online at Distributor's customer care Pyramid SAC !quitos - Peru 201 O.
