Abstract

El objetivo del proyecto de investigación, está orientado a la electrificación del sector orillar, de la zona baja de Belén, comprendida, entre los CC-PP Sacha Chorro, 9 de Octubre y Puerto San José, con Blasco Núñez. Para ello, era preciso establecer la Línea Base, del sector de incidencia. Luego, se determinó, de acuerdo a los parámetros establecidos, la factibilidad del proyecto, tomando la sugerencia de la matriz (mejorada), de LEOPOLD y el procedimiento metodológico de Causa-Efecto, para los momentos de pre-campo, campo y pos-campo. Se encuentran valores negativos, entre -12 y 25, en lo que respecta al aspecto físico y un valor positivo de 30.
