Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo: Determinar la medida en que la cultura
organizacional correlaciona con el rendimiento académico en estudiantes del IV
ciclo de la carrera profesional de administración de la Universidad Científica del
Perú en el año 2015. La investigación fue de tipo correlacional de diseño no
experimental de tipo transeccional correlacional. La población la conformó 715
estudiantes de la carrera profesional de Administración de la Universidad
Científica del Perú durante el año 2015 y la muestra la conformó 55 estudiantes.
Las técnicas que se emplearon en la recolección de los datos fue la encuesta y el
análisis documental y el instrumento fue el cuestionario y el historial académico
de los estudiantes. Los resultados demuestran que: X2c = 14.66 > X2t = 5.191, gl
=2, p < 0.05% y el coeficiente de correlación es r = 45% aceptando la hipótesis de
investigación: La cultura organizacional correlaciona con una magnitud mayor
que 40% con el rendimiento académico en estudiantes del IV ciclo de la carrera
profesional de administración de la Universidad Científica de Perú.
The research aimed to: determine the extent to which the organizational culture correlated with academic achievement in the fourth cycle of the career management of the Scientific University of Peru in 2015.The research was correlational nonexperimental correlational design transectional. The population 715 students formed Career Management Science University of Peru during 2015 and shows the formed 55 students.
