Abstract
La investigación estuvo orientada a resolver la siguiente interrogante: ¿Qué relación existe
entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral del Profesor de la Institución
Educativa Primaria Secundaria de Menores “Sagrado Corazón”, Iquitos - 2014? El
objetivo fue: Determinar la relación entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral
del Profesor de la Institución Educativa Primaria Secundaria de Menores “Sagrado
Corazón”, Iquitos - 2014.
El tipo de investigación fue el correlacional y el diseño de investigación fue el no
experimental de tipo transeccional correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por
todos los profesores del nivel primario y secundario de la Institución Educativa Primaria
Secundaria de Menores “Sagrado Corazón”, que laboran durante el año escolar 2014, que
fueron 143 y la muestra estuvo conformada por el 100% de los Profesores, debido a que la
población es pequeña. La selección de la muestra se hizo en forma no aleatoria
intencionada. Las técnicas que se emplearon en la recolección de los datos fueron la el Test
de Escala Likert y la Encuesta, cuyos instrumentos fueron el Test y el cuestionario de
preguntas.
The research was oriented to solve the following question: What is the relationship between the organizational climate and the job satisfaction of the Teacher from "Sagrado Corazón” Primary and Secondary School, Iquitos - 2014? The objective was: To determine the relationship between the organizational climate and the job satisfaction of the Teacher from "Sagrado Corazón” Primary and Secondary School, Iquitos - 2014. The research was a correlational research, the design was correlational non experimental of transectional correlational type.
