Consejería docente y el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes del I y II nivel de la Facultad de Agronomía, Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana, periodo 2013

Abstract

El objetivo general del presente estudio fue determinar la relación entre la consejería docente y el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de la Facultad de Agronomía en la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonia Peruana, durante el año 2013. La muestra del estudio estuvo conformada por los estudiantes del I y II nivel con 184 alumnos, seleccionados a través del muestreo por conveniencia. Analizados los datos, y hecha la relación respectiva se tuvo que los resultados de la Consejería Docente y el Rendimiento Académico de los estudiantes del I y II nivel de la Facultad de Agronomía, mediante el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson, con una confianza del 95% y nivel de significación de 0,05, con resultados de: rxy= 0.340 que implica relación estadísticamente significativa con valor de significación p = 0,000 (p < 0,05), entre las variables de estudio, se interpreta como si mejora la consejería docente también mejora el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes.

The general aim of the present study was to determine the relation between the educational advising and the academic performance of the students of the Faculty of Agronomy in the National University of the Peruvian Amazonia, during the year 2013. The sample of the study was shaped by 184 students belonging to the I and the II level. They were selected across the sampling by convenience. Analyzed the information, and done the respective relation, we had that the results of the Educational advising and the Academic Performance of the students of the I, and II level of the Faculty of Agronomy, by means of the coefficient of Pearson's correlation, with a confidence of 95 % and level of significance of 0.05, with results of: rxy = 0.340 that statistically significant relation. It implies with value of significance p = 0,000 (p <0,05), between the variables of study, and it is interpreted as if it improves the educational advising also it improves the academic performance of the students.
