Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad, presentar el análisis, diseño e implementación del:
Sistema Informático de Seguimiento de Procesos Jurídicos. Su desempeño consiste en
automatizar procesos que se efectúan manualmente, el mismo que se desarrolló en el
Estudio Jurídico Themis SAC ubicado en el Jr. Putumayo N° 448, desde el 01 de
Diciembre del 2012 hasta el 15 Marzo del 2013.
Para elaborar este sistema se utilizó la metodología RUP (Proceso Unificado de Rational)
en el diseño de flujos de trabajo, basado en la notación UML (Lenguaje de Modelo
Unificado) con la finalidad de evaluar las fortalezas, debilidades que permitieron el análisis,
diseño, desarrollo e implementación del sistema acorde a los requerimientos de la empresa,
dando así solución a los proceso que generan lentitud, congestión y por ende retrasos. Es
decir se obtendrá datos del expediente con solo consultar a través del número de
expediente. Además de tener el respaldo y/o copia en formato digital y almacenada en una
base de datos de las resoluciones, cartas, oficios, planos, etc. que componen a cada
expediente civil, penal y administrativo.
Así mismo se utilizó las siguientes tecnologías: SQL Server 2008 para el diseño e
implementación de la base de datos, IBM Rational Rose Enterprise Edition Release 7.0
para el diseño del sistema, Visual Studio .NET 2008 mediante el Lenguaje Visual Basic en
la programación orientada a objetos, arquitectura en tres Capas y con Formularios
Windows.
This paper aims to present the analysis, design and implementation: Monitoring Information System Legal Process. His performance is to automate processes that are performed manually, the same that was developed in the SAC Themis Law Firm located in the Putumayo Jr. No. 448, from December 1, 2012 until March 15, 2013. To develop this system was used RUP (Rational Unified Process) to design workflows based on the UML (Unified Modeling Language) in order to assess the strengths, weaknesses that allowed the analysis, design, development and implementation of the system according to the requirements of the company, thereby solving the slowness generating process, and hence congestion delays. That is the file data is obtained with only available through the docket number. In addition to the support and / or copy in digital format and stored on a database of resolutions, letters, crafts, drawings, etc.each record comprising civil, criminal and administrative. Also we used the following technologies: SQL Server 2008 for the design and implementation of the database, IBM Rational Rose Enterprise Edition Release 7.0 for system design, Visual Studio. NET 2008 by using Visual Basic Language Oriented Programming objects, three-tier architecture with Windows Forms.
