Abstract
La presente tesis muestra al trabajo colectivo llamado minga como un proceso de aprendizaje relevante para el desarrollo y la articulación de la educación Achuar propia en la comunidad de estudio, al ser efectuada a partir de relaciones sociales, valores sociales, costumbres ancestrales y principalmente reconocimiento del territorio que rodea a los pobladores, el cual les brinda autonomía e identidad propia, que se ve afectada, desvirtuada y desvalorada, con procesos de dominación aplicados por la empresa petrolera, entidades no gubernamentales y por el Estado, principalmente por la escuela descontextualizada.
The present thesis shows the community work called minga as a relevant learning process for the development and articulation of Achuar education, this one can be found in the community that we have study Achuar education was developed starting on social relationships, valves, ancient tradition and mainly territory recognition the one surrounding the population, this territory gives them autonomy and self-identity, but it is affected, unvalued and adulterated because of domination processes applied by the petroleum companies, non-governments and governments entities, mainly because of the uncontextualized school.
