Abstract
Problema: ¿El derecho peruano regula la figura de filiación derivada del uso de técnicas de reproducción asistida con subrogación materna? Objetivo: Explicar si en el derecho peruano se encuentra regulada la figura de filiación derivada del uso de técnicas de reproducción asistida con subrogación materna. Material y Método: Se aplicó un cuestionario estructurado a una muestra de 200 profesionales del derecho por variable, entre jueces, fiscales y abogados. El diseño fue no experimental transversal. Para el análisis estadístico se usó estadística descriptiva. Resultados: En el derecho peruano no se encuentra regulado la figura de la filiación derivada del uso de técnicas de reproducción asistida con subrogación materna. Conclusión: Que es necesario que se regule la figura legal del a filiación derivada del uso de técnicas de reproducción asistida con subrogación materna, ya que a la fecha existen vacíos normativos frente a casos concretos.
