Abstract
La presente investigación titulada “Clima Organizacional y Satisfacción Laboral
en los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Provincial de Maynas, 2017”, tuvo como
principal objetivo determinar la relación entre el Clima Organizacional y la
Satisfacción Laboral en los Trabajadores, fue una investigación de tipo no
experimental, pues se realiza sin manipular deliberadamente las variables,
asimismo es de diseño descriptivo y correlacional, ya que tiene como propósito
describir como se manifiesta el problema de investigación y medir el grado de
relación que existe entre dos variables, para ello se tomó una población
conformada por 683 servidores públicos, y una muestra de 36 trabajadores, a
quienes se aplicó una encuesta (cuestionario), a fin de recolectar información
sobre las variables de estudio, llegando a los siguientes resultados y conclusiones:
- Se ha logrado determinar que el clima organizacional mantiene un nivel
inadecuado (64%), pues se ha demostrado que de acuerdo a percepción de los
trabajadores, consideran estar descontentos con la falta de valoración al esfuerzo y
dedicación que estos demuestran, y sobre todo a la limitación de autonomía en su
trabajo. Por otro lado, se ha logrado demostrar que existe un bajo nivel (67%) de
satisfacción laboral, pues según la percepción de los colaboradores no se sienten
identificados con las tareas designadas, pues pocas veces obtienen un resultado
visible. Finalmente, se ha logrado determinar que existe relación directa entre el
clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral en los trabajadores de la
Municipalidad provincial de Maynas en el año 2017, corroborado a través del
estadístico Rho de Spearman con un coeficiente de correlación de 0,727 siendo
esta significativa.
The present investigation titled "Organizational Climate and Labor Satisfaction in the workers of the Provincial Municipality of Maynas, 2017", had as main objective to determine the relationship between the Organizational Climate and the Labor Satisfaction in the Workers, it was a no experimental research, it is done without deliberately manipulating the variables, it is also descriptive and correlational in design, since its purpose is to describe how the research problem manifests itself and measure the degree of relationship that exists between two variables, for this a population formed by 683 public servants, and a sample of 36 workers, to whom a survey (questionnaire) was applied, in order to collect information on the study variables, arriving at the following results and conclusions: - It has been determined that the organizational climate maintains inadequate level (64%), since it has been shown that according to The perception of the workers, they consider to be dissatisfied with the lack of valuation to the effort and dedication that they demonstrate, and above all to the limitation of autonomy in their work. On the other hand, it has been demonstrated that there is a low level (67%) of job satisfaction, because according to the perception of the employees they do not feel identified with the designated tasks, because they seldom obtain a visible result. Finally, it has been determined that there is a direct relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction in the workers of the provincial Municipality of Maynas in 2017, corroborated through the statistic Rho Spearman with a correlation coefficient of 0.727 being this significant.
