Abstract
La presente investigación titulada: “Criterios para decisiones de inversión en el
mercado informal de divisas en la ciudad de Iquitos, periodo 2018”, ha logrado
analizar dichos criterios aplicando el tipo de investigación descriptiva y de diseño
no experimental, para lo cual ha tomado en cuenta una población y muestra de 42
personas que trabajan en diversos puntos de la ciudad de Iquitos, personas que
además han sido encuestadas utilizando como instrumento el cuestionario.
Instancia que ha llevado a describir las siguientes conclusiones: en cuanto a los
criterios sociales, se identificó que los trabajadores del mercado informal de divisas
de Iquitos no toman en cuenta analizar previamente el comportamiento del
mercado, así como las leyes y reglamentos que la regulan, por lo que muchas veces
desconocen su funcionamiento o desarrollo; además muchos de los trabajadores
no consideran manejar una base de datos para generar relaciones de negocio con
su cliente. Asimismo, en cuanto a los criterios financieros, se identificó que gran
parte de los trabajadores no realizan un presupuesto de capital estimado para
invertir en el mercado informal de divisas, por lo que se asume que no tienen una
perspectiva clara de la volatilidad, evitando también la diversificación de las
inversiones. Por último, se ha identificado que los criterios económicos, a pesar de
realizar un leve análisis de la economía y del mercado de divisas en nuestro país,
los trabajadores sí cuentan con alternativas de contingencia, contraen su
participación al darse la situación que el negocio cambiario no funcione bien, y
expanden su participación cuando obtienen ganancias las mismas que son
aprovechadas para realizar más inversiones.
This research entitled "Criteria for investment decisions at the informal currency market of the Iquitos city, period 2018", had managed to analyze these criteria by applying the type of descriptive and non-experimental design, for this matter it has taken in It has a population sample of 42 people working at various points of the city of Iquitos, people who have also been surveyed using the questionnaire as an instrument. An instance that has led to the description of the following conclusions: as regards the social criteria, it was identified that workers in the informal currency market of Iquitos do not take into account previously analyzing market behavior, as well as the laws and regulations that regulate it, so many times they do not know its operation or development; In addition, many of the workers do not consider managing a database to generate business relationships with their client. Likewise, in terms of financial criteria, it was identified that a large part of the workers do not make an estimated capital budget to invest in the informal currency market, so it is assumed that they do not have a clear perspective of volatility, also avoiding Diversification of investments. Finally, it has been identified that the economic criteria, despite carrying out a brief analysis of the economy and the foreign exchange market in our country, the workers do have alternatives of contingency plans, withdraw their participation when the situation of the exchange business does not work well, and expand their participation when they can obtain profits, all of this is a stimulator to make more investments.
