Abstract
Respecto a
“marupa” instalada el año 1982 se encuentra actualmente en una situación buena;
The study was carried out at the Forest Research and Training Center (CIEFOR) - Puerto Almendra of the Faculty of Forest Sciences of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon (UNAP), in order to determine the sanitary status of the Simarouba amara plantation “Marupa”, installed in 1982, through the evaluation of silvicultural parameters. The results indicate that there is a survival of 39 individuals, which represents 81.25%, and a mortality of 09 individuals, which represents 18.75%. The average diameter of the trees is 28.10 cm; and the average commercial height is 08.03 m. and the average total height is 13.95 m. The average of the glasses is 37.44 which indicates that the trees are less than half a cup and very asymmetrical; while the average of the shaft is 1.69, which indicates that the axes are between straight and straight, cylindrical, quite circular, and without too many defects. Regarding the vigor of the plantation, it is 2.10. The ground on horizon A is yellowish black and horizon B is yellow; and with a pH 4.52, that is acid. From the evaluation and analysis of the silvicultural, sanitary and soil parameters and factors, it was obtained that the plantation of Simarouba amara “marupa” installed in 1982 is currently in a good situation; Therefore, it is recommended based on these results to carry out a permanent silvicultural management and maintenance plan.
