Abstract
The research was carried out with the objective of evaluating the behavior of vegetative growth and obtaining aloe seedlings in the nursery, cultivated in the climate conditions of the Loreto region. The present essay corresponds to the type of quantitative, prospective, crosssectional, analytical and explanatory level research (cause - effect). Completely Random Design (DCA) was used, with 20 replications. The experimental units are homogeneous. Three variables were recorded (for the statistical program): the first is all the rooting cones, the second is the organic substrate variable (grouping or categorical variable), and the third variable is growth (cm). The variables evaluated were: Plant height, plant diameter, length of basal leaves, width of basal leaves, diameter of basal leaves, number of leaves, root size, number of lateral roots, total plant weight. The evaluation of the variables shows us that the appropriate mixtures of organic components in proportions of horticultural compost and aguaje substrate improve the stored material, favoring rooting, vegetative growth and in obtaining good-yielding aloe plants, favoring a larger diameter. of plant and basal leaf and with a higher proportion of compost favors the development of these two characteristics in aloe seedlings managed under nursery conditions.
