Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship that exists in the Treasury System and the management processes of the Regional Hospital of Loreto, Period 2024, used as a type of quantitative research, non-experimental design and type of transactional design of correlational scope; with a study population of 49 working officials from the different administrative areas of the Loreto Regional Hospital, concluding that the correlation coefficient of 0.534 suggests a medium positive correlation between the variable Treasury System and Management Process, this means that, In general, when one variable increases, the other tends to increase as well, but not in a perfectly proportional way. The closer the value is to 1, the stronger the positive correlation, the bilateral significance value is 0.000 indicates that the correlation is statistically significant at a very low significance level (less than 0.001), in simple terms this means that It is highly unlikely that the observed correlation is the result of chance. The probability that this correlation is a coincidence is extremely low; Therefore, the data suggest that there is a significant positive correlation between the variables analyzed, and this correlation is not due to chance; There is a statistically significant relationship between the variables.

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar a relación que existe en el Sistema de Tesorería y los procesos de gestión del Hospital Regional de Loreto, Periodo 2024, utilizado como tipo de investigación cuantitativa, de diseño no experimental y tipo de diseño transaccional de alcance correlacional; con una población de estudio de 49 funcionarios trabajadores de las diferentes áreas administrativas del Hospital Regional de Loreto, llegando a concluir que el coeficiente de correlación de 0,534 sugiere una correlación positiva media entre la variable Sistema de tesorería y Proceso de gestión, esto significa que, cuando una variable aumenta el otro tiende a aumentar también, pero no de manera perfectamente proporcional. Cuanto más cercano esté el valor a 1, más fuerte será la correlación positiva, el valor de significancia bilateral es 0,000 indica que la correlación es estadísticamente significativa a un nivel de significancia muy bajo (menor que 0,001), en términos simples, esto significa que es altamente improbable que la correlación observada sea el resultado del azar. La probabilidad de que esta correlación sea una casualidad es extremadamente baja; por lo que los datos sugieren que hay una correlación positiva significativa entre las variables analizadas, y esta correlación no se debe al azar; existe una relación estadísticamente significativa entre las variables.
