Implementación del sistema de información integral de especies-especímenes e información socioeconómica como herramienta para la toma de decisiones en la creación y manejo de áreas de conservación regional para el Gobierno Regional de Loreto

Abstract

La creación de un Sistema que permita el registro y gestión de la diversidad biológica, para el análisis del impacto de la actividad humana en las Áreas de Conservación Regional, para el Gobierno Regional de Loreto, apoyando las tomas de decisiones para la creación y aprovechamiento sostenible de las Áreas de Conservación Regional, constituye el objetivo fundamental que se recoge en esta tesis/ · Para el mínimo desarrollo del los atributos sistema se procedió obligatorios de a respetar como los estándares internacionales Pliniam Core, Darwin Core y Dublin core Metadata Initiative en el manejo de información de especies, especímenes y socioeconómica, respectivamente; siendo adaptados a las necesidades y requerimientos propios de la institución. Luego se continuó con el diseño del sistema utilizando el Proceso Unificado de Rational (RUP) con notación UML. Posteriormente se procedió a la implementación del sistema, para el cual se utilizó Asp.net y C# (CSharp) como lenguaje de programación orientado a objetos. La implementación de esta solución facilitó al Gobierno Regional de Loreto poder organizar y compartir la información de biodiversidad y socioeconómica para una mejor toma de decisiones en temas relacionados a la conservación.

The creation of a System that allows the record and management of the biological diversity, for the analysis of the impact of the human activity in the Areas of Regional Conservation, for the Regional Government of Loreto, supporting the captures of decisions for the creation and sustainable utilization of the Areas of Regional Conservation, constitutes the fundamental aim (lens) that is gathered in this thesis. For the development of the system was proceeded to respect as minimum the obligatory attributes of the international standards Pliniam Core, Darwin Core and Dublin core Metadata Ini tia ti ve in the managing of information of species ( kinds) , specimens and socioeconornic, respectively; being adapted to the needs and own(proper) requirernents of the institution.
