Determinación de costos de tratamiento silvicultural aplicados a un bosque primario de la comunidad nativa de Santa Mercedes, río Putumayo Perú

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se realizo en el ámbito de la Comunidad Nativa de Santa Mercedes, en el cual se viene desarrollando el Proyecto Manejo Forestal Santa Mercedes, que se encuentra ubicado en la margen derecha del Río Putumayo, aproximadamente a 235 km. de la localidad del Estrecho. El objetivo del trabajo fue: Determinar el costo de aplicación de tres tratamientos silviculturales a los árboles del bosque primario de la comunidad nativa de Santa Mercedes, rio Putumayo – Perú y, además registrar el efecto de la aplicación de cada uno de los tratamientos al final del estudio. La metodología se realizó haciendo una evaluación de las especies que se encontraban en las distintas parcelas para así aplicarlos los tratamientos silviculturales y determinar los costos de esta actividad. Aplicando los tratamientos en las cuatro parcelas se tuvo costo unitario por Raleo, de cada árbol es de S/. 40, 54 nuevos soles, con el anillamiento simple, es costo unitario por cada árbol es de S/.83, 34 nuevos soles, y el anillamiento con doble corte el costo unitario es de S/. 136, 38 nuevos soles. Se concluyó que el método de tratamiento silvicultural con doble corte es el más eficaz y el más costoso, por que presenta un costo de producción alto y la unidad de producción es menor. De los tres tratamientos silviculturales aplicados dentro de un bosque primario en la Comunidad de Santa Mercedes, observamos que las especies de Pashaco, Machin zapote, son especies que se regeneran muy rápido debido a la gran cantidad de tejido parenquimático presentes en la célula.
