Evaluación del plan curricular de la escuela de contabilidad, de la Facultad de Ciencias, Económicas y de Negocios de la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana, Iquitos - 2011

Abstract

La tesis se realizó en la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y de Negocios (Administración, Contabilidad, Economía y Negocios Internacionales y turismo), la misma que tiene por objetivo general: Evaluar la condición en la que se encuentra el Plan Curricular de la Escuela Profesional de Contabilidad, de la Facultad Ciencias, Económicas y de Negocios de la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana. La metodología seguida fue la siguiente: El estudio fue de tipo descriptivo, por que se pretende describir los elementos del plan curricular de la Escuela Profesional de Contabilidad-UNAP. El diseño fue de tipo No Experimental, porque el investigador no manipuló la variable; asimismo el estudio estuvo orientado a trabajar con hechos ya ocurridos en su contexto natural: La población de estudio estaba conformada por el personal docente, administrativo, estudiantes del 5to. Nivel de la Escuela Profesional de Contabilidad de la FACEN - Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana. La Escuela cuenta con 14 docentes, 30 estudiantes del quinto nivel y 12 Administrativos y la muestra del estudio estuvo conformada por el 100 % de la población de la Escuela de Contabilidad. El principal resultado, es que se acepta la hipótesis nula, es decir, El Plan Curricular de la Escuela Profesional de Contabilidad, de la Facultad de Ciencias y Económicas y de Negocios - FACEN de la UNAP- Iquitos-2011, es considerado por el personal como regular al 95% de nivel de confianza, con lo que se establece la validez de la hipótesis planteada en la investigación: Con éste resultado se puede indicar una primera conclusión general; que la Escuela de contabilidad necesita de forma urgente mejorar su Plan Curricular, para brindar una enseñanza de calidad.

The thesis was realized in the faculty of Economic Sciences and of Business (Administration, Accounting, Economy and International Business and tourism), the same one that it has for an object: To evaluate the condition in which there is the Curriculum of the Professional School of Accounting, faculty Sciences, Economic and of Business of the National University of Amazonia Peruana. The followed methodology was the following one: The study was of descriptive type, why one tries to describe the elements of the plan curricular of the Professional School of Contabilidad-UNAP. The design No Experimental was of type, because the investigator did not manipulate the variable; also the study was faced to be employed with done already happened at its natural context: The study population was shaped by the teaching, administrative personnel, students of 5to. Level of the Professional School of Accounting of the FACEN - National University of Amazonia Peruana. The School is provided with 13 teachers, 29 students of the fifth level and 06 Administrative ones and the sample of the study it was shaped by 100 % of the population of the School of accounting. The main result, the fact is that there accepts the void hypothesis, that is to say, The Plan Curricular of the School of Accounting, faculty of Sciences and Economic and of Business - FACEN of the UNAP - Iquitos-2012, is thought by the personnel how to regulate 95 % of level of confidence, with what there is established the validity of the hypothesis raised in the investigation: With this one the result it is possible to indicate the first general conclusion; that the accounting School needs from urgent form to improve its Plan Curricular, to offer a quality education.
