Sistema informático de control de almacén y ventas de equipo y accesorios telefónicos para la agencia Inversiones Internacionales en Comunicaciones S.R.L.

Abstract

La "Agencia de Inversiones Internacionales en Comunicaciones S.R.L.", es una empresa dedicada a la venta de teléfonos fijos y móviles y accesorios de telefonía. Esta empresa cuenta con su sede principal en la ciudad de Tarapoto y dos sucursales mas, una en la ciudad de Iquitos y otra en la ciudad de Pucallpa respectivamente. En la sucursal de Iquitos, la empresa está conformada por cinco áreas de trabajo; plataforma donde se encuentran los módulos de atención al cliente; Residencial y Negocios, donde se efectúan las activaciones de las líneas telefónicas y servicios según el plan y tipo de cliente; caja, donde se efectúan los cobros respectivos de los equipos y accesorios; almacén, donde se guardan los diferentes accesorios y equipos de telefonía móvil. Justamente, en ésta área de almacén, conjuntamente con el de caja y ventas, es donde se ha implantado el "Sistema Informático, para el Control de Almacén y Ventas de Equipos y Accesorios Telefónicos para la Agencia Inversiones Internacionales en Comunicaciones S.R.L.", que permite gestionar los equipos y accesorios de telefonía, que anteriormente se encontraban registrados en formatos digitales e impresos en hoja de cálculo de Excel y ubicados dentro del almacén. Para el proceso de desarrollo del software se utilizó la metodología RUP (Rational Unified Process - Proceso Racional Unificado); para el diseño del modelado se utilizó el UML (Unified Modeling Language-Lenguaje de Modelado Unificado.) La solución propuesta se ha implementado en el lenguaje de programación Visual Basic.NET 2012, bajo la arquitectura de tres capas: Datos, Negocio y Presentación respectivamente y utilizando el paradigma de Programación Orientada a Objetos. Para el diseño y construcción de la base de datos, se utilizó el gestor de base de datos SQL Server 2012. El sistema informático, satisface la necesidad de controlar los equipos y accesorios de telefonía y elaborar reportes estructurados en base a la información concisa. De acuerdo al proyecto realizado, se puede concluir que el sistema cumple con los objetivos propuestos, es decir que se cumplió con los indicadores establecidos, el cual tiene una diferencia de ahorro de tiempo del 80% en el registro de productos, el 73% de ahorro de tiempo en registrar un cliente que compra un producto prepago y 75% el que compra un producto postpago, el 92% de ahorro de tiempo en la búsqueda de información de un producto por series y el 98% en elaborar reportes del stock de productos.

The proposed solution has been implemented in the programming language Visual Basic.NET 2012, under the three-tier architecture: Data, Business and Presentation respectively and using the paradigm ofOOP. For the design and construction ofthe database, the database manager SQL Server 2012 data was u sed. The computer system meets the need of control equipment and phone accessories and develop structured based on concise reports. According to the project done, it can be concluded that the system meets the objectives, ie that met the established indicators, which has a di:fference of time savings of 80% on product registration, 73% of saving time to register a customer who buys a product prepaid and 75% postpaid you buy a product, 92% time savings in finding information on a product series and 98% in developing reports stock products.
