Clima organizacional en las instituciones educativas estatales y privadas del nivel primario de la localidad de Iquitos - 2012

Abstract

De marzo hasta junio de 2012, se realizó el estudio Clima Organizacional en Las Instituciones Educativas Estatales y Privadas del Nivel Primario de la Localidad de Iquitos, realizándose 1 muestreo de 1 día de duración por institución educativa en fechas no consecutivas la técnica de recolección de datos empleado fue encuesta mediante cuestionarios validados y confiables. Los resultados obtenidos referente al clima organizacional en instituciones educativas estatales fueron 28 es decir el 93.3% desfavorable y solo 2 instituciones es decir el 6,7% favorable. Referente a instituciones educativas privadas 15 es decir el 57,7% desfavorable y 11 es decir el 42,3% favorable.
