Liderazgo del director y desempeño laboral del docente de instituciones educativas secundarias públicas del distrito de San Juan Bautista, en el año 2014

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el liderazgo del director y el desempeño laboral del docente en las Instituciones Educativas Secundarias Públicas del distrito de San Juan Bautista, en el año 2014. El tipo de investigación fue correlacional, el diseño de tipo correlacional y transaccional, ya que el estudio estuvo orientada a determinar la relación entre la variable independiente (Liderazgo del Director) y la variable dependiente (Desempeño Laboral del Docente). La población estuvo conformada por 06 Instituciones Educativas públicas de nivel Secundario de menores del distrito de San Juan Bautista (zona urbana), siendo la unidad de análisis la Institución Educativa y cuyos elementos de estudio son: directores y docentes. La muestra estuvo conformada por dos etapas: primera Etapa: Instituciones Educativas (unidad primaria de muestreo); n= 06; segunda Etapa: Elementos (directores y docentes.). Las técnicas que se emplearon en la recolección de los datos fueron: la encuesta, cuyo instrumento fue el cuestionario; la observación, cuyo instrumento fue una lista de cotejo. Para el procesamiento de la información, presentación y análisis de los datos se utilizó el método tabular. Para el análisis univariado, se empleó las medidas de resumen (frecuencias y porcentajes), cuadros estadísticos y gráficos simples. Asimismo, para la contrastación de las hipótesis se usó el estadígrafo de prueba no paramética del coeficiente de Correlación de Spearman, con un nivel de significancia α 0.005; procesado en el programa estadístico SPSS 20.0. The research had as objective: to determine the relationship between the style of leadership of the director and the job performance of teachers in public secondary schools of the District of San Juan Bautista, in 2014.
