Rehabilitación penitenciaria en el establecimiento penitenciario Santa Mónica de Chorrillos Lima 2012 - 2015

Abstract

La rehabilitación penitenciaria, es entre otras definiciones, el efecto de habilitar de nuevo o rehabilitar su estado sociocultural y psíquico social a una persona o a un interno, que total o parcialmente ha perdido lo que disponía antes de ser sometido a pena privativa de libertad. En el Derecho Penal, y por ende en el Derecho de Ejecución Penitenciario, cuando el sujeto activo como las internas que se encuentran en el Establecimiento Penitenciario Santa Mónica de Chorrillos, o el agente debidamente comprobado, ha sido condenado por autoridad competente, lleva consigo la inhabilitación. La administración penitenciaria tiene por objeto, que los ex internos al liberarse de la dolorosa prisión, se vayan reincorporando progresivamente en la sociedad, en la que antes eran consideradas como seres humanos íntegros. Su identificación con personas y objetos ilícitos, les condujo a un establecimiento penitenciario, como el de Santa Mónica, lugar en el que no ha sido posible encontrar una administración penitenciaria, que ellos hubieran deseado tener. Lamentablemente, esa atención administrativa, no han podido encontrar en el precitado Establecimiento Penitenciario.
