Sistema de información como herramientas que ayuda a integrar información del personal en el área de registro y escalafón de la oficina general de recursos humanos de la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana

Abstract

El presente estudio denominado: “SISTEMA DE INFORMACIÓN COMO HERRAMIENTAS QUE AYUDA A INTEGRAR INFORMACIÓN DEL PERSONAL EN EL ÁREA DE REGISTRO Y ESCALAFÓN DE LA OFICINA GENERAL DE RECURSOS HUMANOS DE LA UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL DE LA AMAZONIA PERUANA” fue realizado en las instalaciones del área de registro y escalafón de la unidad de recursos humano de la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonia Peruana de la ciudad de Iquitos. Con la finalidad de registrar el legajo de personal docente y administrativo de dicha universidad. Teniendo como objetivo Implementar un sistema de información para el área de registro y escalafón de la oficina General de Recursos Humanos de la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonia Peruana (UNAP). Esto se realizó mediante la representación gráfica del funcionamiento interno del área en mención de acuerdo a la recolección de informacion mediante entrevista directa con los responsables de los diferentes procesos que se realizan en la unidad. Teniendo como variable independiente el sistema información y como variable dependiente el área de recursos humanos de la UNAP. La investigación es de tipo descriptiva y tecnológica, teniendo como población los 25 trabajadores de la oficina general de Recursos Humanos de la UNAP por la cual se trabajó con una muestra de 100% de la población. El resultado obtenido es un sistema de informacion con tres aspectos fundamentales que son: amigabilidad de la herramienta, seguridad de la información y calidad de información con más del 70% de aprobación según las encuestas obtenidas realizadas.

The objective is to implement an information system for the registration and ranking area of the General Office of Human Resources of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon (UNAP). This was done through the graphic representation of the internal functioning of the area in question according to the collection of information through direct interviews with those responsible for the different processes carried out in the unit. Having as an independent variable the information system and as a dependent variable the human resources area of the UNAP. The research is of descriptive and technological type, having as a population the 25 workers of the General Office of Human Resources of the UNAP for which we worked with a sample of 100% of the population. The result obtained is an information system with three fundamental aspects that are: friendliness of the tool, security of the information and quality of information with more than 70% approval according to the surveys obtained.
