Sistema de automatización para registro y control de procesos de reembolso de prestaciones económicas para la municipalidad distrital de San Juan Bautista, 2017

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo: Implantar el Sistema de Reembolso de Prestaciones Económicas para hacer más eficiente los procesos de registros de certificados médicos por trabajador que solicita descanso médico Municipalidad Distrital de San Juan Bautista, la investigación pertenece al tipo descriptivo y el diseño fue el no experimental de tipo descriptivo-comparativo. La población estuvo conformada por 340 trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de San Juan Bautista y la muestra estuvo representada por 10 trabajadores elegidos por conveniencia. La técnica que se empleó en la recolección de datos fue el registro de tiempos de las operaciones realizadas en cada proceso administrativo y el instrumento el cuestionario a las personas involucradas. El análisis e interpretación de la información se efectuó utilizando la estadística descriptiva y estadística inferencial Z. Para contrastar la Hipótesis de la Investigación se realizó el análisis estadístico a través de la prueba Z que C= {Z:Z < Z alfa} , C = {Z:Z<-1.64}={Z:Z-82.97<-1.64}, P valor P= 0 Concluimos que se rechaza la Ho pues: Z-82.97<-1.64 por lo tanto aceptamos la hipótesis general de la investigación , Si Implementamos un Sistema de Reembolso de Prestaciones Económicas Para la Municipalidad Distrital de San Juan Bautista, entonces mejorara la eficiencia de los procesos de registrar los certificados médicos por trabajador que solicita descanso médico.

The objective of the research was to: Implement the Economic Benefits Reimbursement System to make more efficient the processes of medical certificate registrations by worker requesting medical rest District Municipality of San Juan Bautista, the investigation belongs to the descriptive type and the design was not experimental of descriptive-comparative type. The population consisted of 340 workers of the District Municipality of San Juan Bautista and the sample was represented by 10 workers chosen for convenience. The technique used in the data collection was the recording of the times of the operations carried out in each administrative process and the instrument the questionnaire to the people involved. The analysis and interpretation of the information was carried out using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics Z. To test the Research Hypothesis, the statistical analysis was carried out through the Z test that C = {Z: Z <Z_α}, C = {Z: Z <-1.64} = {Z: Z-82.97 <-1.64}, P value P = 0 We conclude that the Ho is rejected then: Z-82.97 <-1.64 therefore we accept the general hypothesis of the investigation, Si Implementamos a System of Reimbursement of Economic Benefits for the District Municipality of San Juan Bautista, then it will improve the efficiency of the processes of registering medical certificates per worker requesting medical rest.
