Gestión de la calidad en el Servicio Educativo que brinda la Facultad de Agronomia-Escuela de Ingeniería en Gestión Ambiental, Sede Iquitos, Maynas, Loreto, en el 2018

Abstract

El proyecto se realizó en la Escuela de Formación Profesional de Ingeniería en Gestión Ambiental, ubicado en el distrito de Iquitos. El objetivo del estudio fue elaborar la propuesta del sistema de gestión de la calidad (ISO 9001:2015) del servicio educativo. Se utilizó el enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo evaluativo – explicativo. Para determinar la muestra se identificó los procesos del alcance de la propuesta. Los resultados fueron analizados a través del programa IBM SPSS Statistics V21 x64, y Microsoft Excel 2013. Se tomó como población a representantes de cada proceso, haciendo un total de 6. Para la entrevista de la lista de verificación se procedió a elegir según procesos pertinentes: (Decano, Dirección de Escuela, Departamento Académico de Ingeniería y Ambiente, Oficina de Registro y Asuntos Académicos, Instituto de Investigación, Oficina de Proyección Social). Los resultados del diagnóstico fueron: Contexto de la Organización con 5.90%, Liderazgo con un 9.26%, Planificación con un 14.98%. Con el mayor valor se tiene a la Soporte con un 25.96%. Operación con un 19.33% y Evaluación del Desempeño con un 2.22%. Por último y con menor valor la Mejora con 0%. Como total implementado es del 11.09% y el mínimo requerido por la norma es del 100%; entonces, se determina que la brecha por implementar es del 88.91%. Al determinar el bajo valor de cumplimiento producto del diagnóstico, nos permite aceptar la hipótesis planteada: “La propuesta del SGC de la Escuela de Formación Profesional de Ingeniería en Gestión Ambiental, permitirá mejorar la prestación del servicio educativo del programa de estudios.”

For the interview the checklist was chosen according to relevant processes: (Dean, School Management, Academic Department of Engineering and Environment, Office of Registration and Academic Affairs, Research Institute, Office of Social Projection). The results of the diagnosis were: clause 4-context of the organization with 5.90%, clause 5-leadership with 9.26%, clause 6-planning with 14.98%. With the highest value you have the clause 7-support with 25.96%. The clause 8-operation with a 19.33% and clause 9-performance evaluation with a 2.22%. Finally, with a lower value, clause 10-improvement with 0%. Obtained as a total implemented 11.09% and the minimum required by the standard is 100%; then, it is determined that the gap to be implemented is 88.91%. When determining the low compliance value product of the diagnosis, allows us to accept the proposed hypothesis: "The proposal of QMS (ISO 9001: 2015) of the Faculty of Agronomy - School of Professional Training of Engineering in Environmental Management, will improve the performance of the educational service of the study program.”
