Análisis del gasto público y su impacto en la primera infancia en el Distrito de San Juan Bautista, 2008-2014

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada “Análisis del gasto público y su impacto en la primera infancia en el Distrito de San Juan Bautista, 2008-2014” la cual tuvo como objetivo estudiar el impacto que tiene la ejecución del gasto público en los indicadores de la primera infancia analizados en el periodo indicado, por tanto, se ha optado por una investigación de tipo descriptiva, para la cual se ha tomando en cuenta la recolección de gastos públicos de 7 años consecutivos y la recopilación de 11 indicadores en el mismo periodo de tiempo, utilizando como instrumento guía de levantamiento de información, llegando finalmente a las siguientes conclusiones: l comportamiento del gasto público en la Municipalidad distrital de san juan bautista periodo 2008 – 2014, se determinó que del periodo 2008 al 2011, el mayor gasto público fue en el servicio de salud materno neonatal con un gasto de S/ 327,643.84; del periodo 2012 al 2014 el mayor gasto público se dio en salud materno neonatal, con un monto de S/ 890,936.00; por otro lado, el desarrollo de la primera infancia en la Municipalidad distrital de San Juan Bautista periodo 2008 – 2014, se determinó que el mayor índice de mortalidad neonatal fue en el periodo 2008 con 7.28%, de parto institucional se dio en los años 2013 y 2014 con 65.60%, de atención prenatal fue en el año 2012 con 13.10%, y de prematuridad fue en el periodo 2013 con 26.20%; además el mayor índice de desnutrición crónica se percibió en el periodo 2009 con 24.56%, de mortalidad fue en el año 2011 con 3.50%, de anemia en menores de 3 años de edad, se percibió en el año 2009 y de inmunización fue en el periodo 2011, con 71.54% Finalmente se ha logrado determinar que existe un impacto positivo del gasto público en la primera infancia en el Distrito de San Juan Bautista en el periodo 2008 – 2014; pues se evidencia que los años 2012, 2013 y 2014 se ha ejecutado mayor gasto público en bienestar de la primera infancia
