Relación entre autoeficacia y aprendizaje autorregulado en los estudiantes de formación docente del Instituto Superior De Educación Público "Loreto" - Iquitos

Abstract

En la actualidad, es importante conocer cómo los estudiantes de educación superior enfrentan las actividades académicas para tener éxito y ser competentes, cuan eficientes se perciben o no, el nivel de motivación que tienen y como regulan sus estrategias cognitivas, es por ello, que surge el interés para conocer las estrategias que usan los estudiantes para controlar su aprendizaje y cuan capaces son de organizarse y ejecutar sus acciones, siendo la base teórica de la Autoeficacia y el Aprendizaje Autorregulado la Teoría Social Cognitiva de Albert Bandura. El objetivo de este estudio fue encontrar la relación entre la autoeficacia con el aprendizaje autorregulado en estudiantes de formación docente del Instituto Superior de Educación Público “Loreto”. Esta es una investigación no experimental correlacional, que tuvo una población muestra de 190 estudiantes de las carreras profesionales de Educación Primaria y Educación Secundaria. Con respecto a los resultados, el 50,53% de los estudiantes tienen un nivel medio de autoeficacia y en relación al aprendizaje autorregulado el 54.21%, se ubica en el nivel regular. El resultado del análisis de correlación, demostró una relación significativa entre la autoeficacia y el aprendizaje autorregulado en los estudiantes.

Nowadays, it is important to know how higher education students face up academic activities to be successful and competent, how efficient they perceived themselves or not, the level of motivation they have and how they regulate their cognitive strategies. For those reasons, the interest arises by trying to find out which are the strategies that students apply to control their own learning and how capable they are to organize and execute their actions, being of Self-Efficacy and Self- Regulatory Learning of Albert Bandura´s Social-Cognitive Learning Theory the theoretical Basis. The objective of this work was to find the relationship between self-efficacy with the self-regulated learning in teaching training students of Higher Education Public “Loreto” Institute. This is a non-experimental correlational research, which had a sample population of 190 trainees of elementary and high school education. Regarding the results, 50.53% of the students had an average level of self-efficacy and in relation to self-regulated learning; the 54.21% had a regular level. When performing the correlation analysis, a significant relationship had found between self-efficacy and self-regulated learning.
