Liderazgo pedagógico directivo y desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa CEUNAP, San Juan Bautista-2016

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la relación entre el liderazgo pedagógico-directivo y el desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa CEUNAP, del distrito de San Juan Bautista, durante el año 2016. El tipo de investigación fue correlacional, de dos variables en forma de asociación porque relacionó las variables: Liderazgo Pedagógico Directivo y Desempeño Docente, de diseño No experimental de tipo transaccional correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por todos los docentes (44) de Educación Primaria y Secundaria de la Institución Educativa “CEUNAP”, del distrito de San Juan Bautista, durante el año 2016; se tomó como muestra a los 16 docentes del nivel primario y 28 del nivel secundario de la Institución Educativa “CEUNAP”, que suman un total de: 44 docentes (100% del total de la población). Las conclusiones a las que se arribó fueron las siguientes: • El nivel de liderazgo pedagógico directivo fue positiva, según la percepción de los docentes de la Institución Educativa CEUNAP del distrito de San Juan Bautista, durante el año 2016. • El nivel del desempeño docente fue medio, según percepción de los docentes de la Institución Educativa CEUNAP del distrito de San Juan Bautista, durante el año 2016. • El nivel del liderazgo pedagógico directivo se relaciona con el desempeño docente, según percepción de los docentes de la Institución Educativa CEUNAP del distrito de San Juan Bautista, durante el año 2016, al obtener 𝑥2 ^ c = 7.81> 𝑥2 ^ t = 5.99 , gl = 2, p <0.05% En conclusión, el nivel de liderazgo pedagógico-directivo fue positivo, según la percepción de los docentes de la Institución Educativa CEUNAP del distrito de San Juan Bautista, durante el año 2016.

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between pedagogical directive leadership and teaching performance in the CEUNAP Educational Institution, in the district of San Juan Bautista, during 2016. The type of research was correlational, of two variables in the form of association because it related the variables: Pedagogical-Managerial Leadership and Teaching Performance, of non-experimental design of correlational transactional type. The conclusions reached were the following: • The level of pedagogical directive leadership was positive, according to the perception of the teachers of the CEUNAP Educational Institution of the district of San Juan Bautista, during the year 2016. • The level of teaching performance was medium, according to the perception of the teachers of the CEUNAP Educational Institution of the district of San Juan Bautista, during 2016. • The level of pedagogical-directive leadership is related to the teaching performance, according to the perception of the teachers of the CEUNAP Educational Institution of the district of San Juan Bautista, during the year 2016, when obtaining 𝑥2 ^ c = 7.81> 𝑥2 ^ t = 5.99 , gl = 2, p <0.05% In conclusion, the level of pedagogical directive leadership was positive, according to the perception of the teachers of the CEUNAP Educational Institution of the district of San Juan Bautista, during the year 2016.
