Calidad de los servicios del turismo en la ciudad de Nauta al 2018

Abstract

La tesis se desarrolla mediante un método científico que analiza la problemática para determinar el nivel de calidad de los servicios del turismo en la ciudad de Nauta, tomando como referencia comparativa las exigencias que el DECRETO SUPREMO Nº 001-2015-MINCETUR y la RESOLUCIÓN MINISTERIAL Nº 150-2015-PCM que determinan las condiciones mínimas para garantizar la buena calidad y los servicios que deben brindar los alojamientos en una ciudad capital de provincia. La investigación se plantea mediante la descripción de la problemática general y especifica de las condiciones de los alojamientos y sus servicios, formulándose el problema general y específico mediante el cuestionamiento, expresados en una pregunta cada uno. Se Determina el problema con los objetivos y se plantea la hipótesis con sus respectivas variables, indicadores e índices que nos darán una visión clara para plantear las conclusiones de la investigación. El diseño de la investigación es transeccional descriptivo que se expresan mediante el método científico de análisis de los indicadores de cada variable para determinar el nivel de calidad de los servicios de turismo en la ciudad de Nauta. El procedimiento de la recopilación de la información se realiza con un grupo de estudiantes que se encargan de verificar in situ las condiciones de cada servicio, la información es procesada en un procesador con el programa de SPSS que nos determina la viabilidad del cuestionario. Los resultados se someten a la tabla de valores de la calidad por cada una de las variables.

The thesis is developed through a scientific method that analyzes the problems to determine the level of quality of tourism services in the city of Nauta, taking as a benchmark the requirements of the SUPREME DECREE No. 001-2015-MINCETUR and MINISTERIAL RESOLUTION No. 150-2015-PCM that determine the minimum conditions to guarantee the good quality and the services that the accommodations must provide in a provincial capital city. The research is proposed by describing the general problem and specifying the conditions of the accommodations and their services, formulating the general and specific problem by questioning expressed in a question each. The problem with the objectives is determined and the hypothesis with its respective variables, indicators and indices that will give us a clear vision to raise the conclusions of the investigation. The design of the research is descriptive transeccional that are expressed through the scientific method of analysis of the indicators of each variable to determine the level of quality of tourism services in the city of Nauta. The information collection procedure is carried out with a group of students who are in charge of verifying in situ the conditions of each service, the information is processed in a processor with the SPSS program that determines the viability of the questionnaire. The results are submitted to the table of quality values for each of the variables.
