Seguridad turística y su relación con la satisfacción del turista que visita el destino turístico Quistococha de la ciudad de Iquitos-2018

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada: “Seguridad turística y su relación con la satisfacción del turista que visita el destino turístico Quistococha de la ciudad de Iquitos – 2018” tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la relación existente entre las variables en estudio, por lo que se ha optado por realizar una investigación de tipo descriptiva correlacional con diseño no experimental, por lo tanto se ha tomado 233,024 turistas extranjeros y nacionales, extrayendo de ella una muestra de 384 turistas a los que se ha encuestado utilizando como instrumento el cuestionario de preguntas, llegando de tal forma a las siguientes conclusiones: Tras el análisis de los resultados se determina que la seguridad turística en el destino turístico Quistococha de la ciudad de Iquitos es regular (64%), esto debido a las deficiencias observadas en el desarrollo de la seguridad pública, medica, de información, en la seguridad de recreación, seguridad vial, del transporte y la seguridad ambiental. Por otro lado, se ha logrado determinar que la satisfacción del turista que visita el complejo turístico Quistococha, muestra un nivel medio (52%), es decir los turistas muestran cierta insatisfacción tras los servicios percibido, debido a la baja calidad humana, a la poca información turística, al bajo cuidado ambiental y deficiencias en la presentación de la infraestructura. Finalmente se concluye que existe relación entre la seguridad turística y la satisfacción del turista que visita el destino turístico Quistococha de la ciudad de Iquitos en el año 2018, hipótesis que es reforzada por el coeficiente de correlación de 0,823 y por el grado de significancia (bilateral) de 0,000 lo que ha llevado a la aceptación de la hipótesis alterna (Hi).

The present investigation entitled: "Tourist security and its relation with the satisfaction of the tourist that visits the tourist destination Quistococha of the city of Iquitos - 2018" had as a main objective to determine the existing relation between the variables under study, for what has been opted for carrying out a descriptive correlational type research with non-experimental design, therefore 233,024 foreign and national tourists have been taken, extracting from it a sample of 384 tourists who have been surveyed using the questionnaire as an instrument, arriving to the following conclusions: After analyzing the results, it is determined that tourism security at the Quistococha tourist destination of the city of Iquitos is fair (64%), due to the deficiencies observed in the development of public safety, medical, information, in the safety of recreation, road safety, transportation and safety environmental On the other side, it has been determined that the satisfaction of the tourist who visits the Quistococha tourist complex, shows an average level (52%), that is, the tourists shows some unsatisfaction after the services perceived, due to the low human quality, to the few tourist information, low environmental care and deficiencies in the presentation of infrastructure. Finally, it is concluded that there is a relationship between tourist safety and the satisfaction of the tourist who visits the Quistococha tourist destination of the city of Iquitos in 2018, a hypothesis that is reinforced by the correlation coefficient of 0.823 and by the degree of significance (bilateral) of 0,000 which led to the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (Hi).
