Estudio exploratorio de las características de los establecimientos de hospedaje en la localidad de San Lorenzo, distrito de Barranca, provincia de Datem del Marañón, departamento de Loreto 2019

Abstract

La investigación se realizó en la localidad de San Lorenzo, capital de la Provincia de Datem del Marañón en el Departamento de Loreto – Perú. Con clima cálido, húmedo y lluvioso que pertenece geográficamente a la Amazonía peruana, tiene límites a lugares internos con otras provincias como externo al país de Ecuador. El estudio tuvo el propósito de determinar las características de servicios, de los recursos humanos y de la infraestructura que caracteriza a los hoteles, hostales, hospedajes sin categoría y otros establecimientos del mismo rubro. La hipótesis fue, demostrar si los establecimientos de hospedajes de la ciudad presentan características positivas y significativas. Siendo una investigación aplicada, con un estudio de alcance exploratorio, tiene un alcance descriptivo y explicativo con un diseño cuantitativo. La población fueron los funcionarios y trabajadores de los establecimientos de hospedaje más significativos. La muestra fue de 48 encuestas en 24 establecimientos, se aplica a un funcionario y un empleado en cada lugar. El instrumento de recolección de datos fue la Encuesta conformado por un Cuestionario y los datos de control respectivos. Se ha arribado a las conclusiones: a) Los servicios que brindan los hospedajes al turista son valorizados como buenos., b) El trato del establecimiento a los Recursos Humanos son valorizados como Deficientes c) La Infraestructura fue valorizada como Deficiente. La hipótesis fue descriptiva y se acepta la hipótesis en el primer indicador de Servicio, rechazándose en el indicador de Recursos Humanos e Infraestructura.

The research was conducted in the San Lorenzo locality, it´s the capital of the Province of Datem in the Loreto Department - Peru. With warm, humid and rainy weather that belongs geographically to the Peruvian Amazon, it limits to internal places with other provinces as external to the country of Ecuador. The purpose of the study was determining the characteristics of services, human resources and infrastructure that characterizes hotels, hostels, uncategorized lodgings and other establishments of the same category. The hypothesis was to show if the locality's lodging establishments have positive and significant characteristics. Being an applied research, with an exploratory study, it has a descriptive and explanatory scope with a quantitative design. The population were the officials and workers of the most significant lodging establishments. The sample was 48 surveys in 24 establishments, applied to an official and an employee in each place. The data collection instrument was the Survey formed by a Questionnaire and the respective control data. The conclusions have been reached: a) The services provided by the lodgings to the tourist are valued as good., B) The treatment of the establishment to Human Resources is valued as Deficient c) The Infrastructure was valued as Deficient. The hypothesis was descriptive and the hypothesis is accepted in the first Service indicator, rejected in the Human Resources and Infrastructure indicator.
