Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la Funcionalidad Familiar y Abandono de Adultos Mayores de la Institución Prestadora de Servicio de Salud 9 de octubre Iquitos, 2019. El método fue cuantitativo No Experimental, Descriptivo, Transversal y Correlacional. La población estuvo constituido de 37 adultos mayores, la muestra estuvo conformado por 33 (90%) adultos mayores que pertenecen al CAM “Divino Niño Jesús” de la IPRESS 9 de Octubre. Se empleó el muestreo no probalistico por conveniencia, se tuvo en cuenta criterios de inclusión y exclusión, técnica que se utilizo fue la encuesta. Instrumentos aplicados fueron el cuestionario de Apgar Familiar (Validez 0.83%, confiabilidad 0.90%) y la Escala de Abandono de Adulto Mayor (validez 89,38% resultado de juicio de expertos, confiabilidad 0.80 cronbach). Se procesó la información y elaboró una base de datos utilizando paquete estadístico SPSS versión 22 en español, se presentó datos en tablas y gráficos, para el análisis bivariado se utilizó prueba estadística Chi Cuadrado (X2). Se consideró el nivel de confianza del 95% y el nivel de significancia alfa α = 0.05 para las pruebas de hipótesis. Se obtuvieron que el 45,46% de los adultos mayores presentaron familiar disfuncional moderada, familia disfuncional leve el 30,30%, el 9,09% familia disfuncional grave y el 15,15%. Familia normal. Así mismo el 81.82% de adultos mayores presentan abandono y el 18.18% no presentan abandono. Relacionando las variables Funcionalidad Familiar y Abandono de Adultos Mayores se obtuvo un valor de relación significativa de p = 0,048 entre las variables mencionadas.
The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between Family Functionality and Elderly Leave of the Health Service Provider Institution October 9 Iquitos, 2019. The method was quantitative Non-Experimental, Descriptive, Transversal and Correlational. The population consists of 37 older adults, the sample consisting of 33 (90%) older adults who belong to the CAM “Divino Niño Jesús” of the IPRESS October 9. Non-probabilistic sampling was used for convenience, inclusion and exclusion criteria were taken into account, the technique used was the survey. Applied instruments were the Family Adgar questionnaire (Validity 0.83%, reliability 0.90%) and the Elderly Abandonment Scale (validity 89.38% result of expert judgment, reliability 0.80 cronbach). The information was processed and a database was developed using the statistical package SPSS version 22 in Spanish, data will be presented in tables and graphs, for the bivariate analysis, Chi-Square statistical test (X2) was used. The 95% confidence level and the significance level alpha α = 0.05 will be considered for hypothesis testing. It was obtained that 45.46% of older adults presented moderate dysfunctional family, mild dysfunctional family 30.30%, 9.09% severe dysfunctional family and 15.15% normal family. It was obtained that 81.82% of older adults have abandonment and 18.18% have no abandonment. Relating the variables Family Functionality and Abandonment of Older Adults, a significant relationship value of p = 0.048 was obtained between the mentioned variables.
