Abstract
descriptiva, observacional, continua y retrospectivo.
The objective of the study was to determine the intervention of the Pharmaceutical Chemist (QF) in the results of hospital management in the Support Pharmacy (FA) of the Pharmacy Service (SF) of the Iquitos Hospital “Cesar Garayar García” (HICGG) during 2018. The type of research was descriptive, observational, continuous and retrospective. The sample was obtained with the prior authorization of the Ethics and Research Committee and the General Directorate of HICGG. The intervention of the QF in hospital management processes was identified as the activities assigned through MEMORANDUM documents; QF intervention at the level of Stock Management and Availability; at the level of Management of Good Practices of the Pharmaceutical Office (BPOF); at the level of Management of Good Storage Practices (BPA), where observations with high potential against Public Health were evidenced, and finally at the level of Management of the Drug Dispensing System by Unitary Dose (SDMDU), where compliance was evidenced of 50% of indicators. It is concluded that there is a degree of legal association between the intervention of the Pharmaceutical Chemist and the results of hospital management in the Pharmacy Service Support Pharmacy of HICGG during 2018; Both at the administrative level and at the assistance level; where the lack of budgetary support and the limited management capacity did not allow to obtain the Sanitary Operation Authorization; This being a potential public health problem.
