Influencia de la tecnología móvil en los usuarios del Seguro Integral de Salud – SIS de la ciudad de Iquitos 2019

Abstract

La investigación tiene como objetivo general: evidenciar el nivel de influencia de la Tecnología Móvil en los usuarios del Seguro Integral de Salud – SIS de la ciudad de Iquitos, el mismo que fue posible gracias al uso de un celular inteligente y su aplicativo móvil instalado, lo cual permitió obtener información en línea sobre las ubicaciones de los centros de salud de la ciudad de Iquitos y sus médicos adscritos; teniendo el siguiente problema: ¿Cómo evidenciar la influencia de la tecnología móvil en los usuarios del SIS?. Siendo nuestros objetivos específicos: primero, identificar los factores que determinan la influencia de la tecnología móvil; segundo, determinar si el celular inteligente otorga mejores beneficios sobre conocimientos de tecnología móvil y tercero evidenciar el nivel de satisfacción de la tecnología móvil en los usuarios del SIS con el uso de un smartphone con Android y una app instalada. La investigación fue del tipo aplicada y de acuerdo al nivel o alcance fue del tipo explicativo siendo el diseño de investigación experimental del tipo pre – experimental, para nuestra muestra hemos considerado a 200 usuarios adscritos al SIS de los centros de salud ubicados en los distritos de Belén, San Juan Bautista, Punchana e Iquitos. Finalmente, evidenciamos a través de la prueba de Friedman la influencia de la Tecnología Móvil con los factores de: disponibilidad (conectividad), rapidez (tiempo), confiabilidad, interactividad (fácil de usar) y actualización de datos.

The general objective of the research is: to demonstrate the level of influence of Mobile Technology in the users of the Comprehensive Health Insurance - SIS of the city of Iquitos, the same that was possible thanks to the use of a smart cell phone and its installed mobile application, which will obtain online information about the locations of the health centers of the city of Iquitos and their attached doctors; taking into account the following problem: How to demonstrate the influence of mobile technology on SIS users? Being our specific objectives: first, to identify the factors that determine the influence of mobile technology; second, to determine if the smart phone provides better benefits on knowledge of mobile technology and third to show the level of satisfaction of mobile technology in SIS users with the use of an Android smartphone and an installed application. The research was of the applied type and according to the level or scope it was of the explanatory type, the experimental research design being of the pre-experimental type, for our sample we have considered 200 users assigned to the SIS of the health centers located in the districts from Belén, San Juan Bautista, Punchana and Iquitos. Finally, we evidenced through the Friedman test the influence of Mobile Technology with the factors of: availability (connectivity), speed (time), reliability, interactivity (easy to use) and data update.
