Calidad del aserrío y coeficiente de rendimiento de la especie Claricia biflora (capinuri) en el aserradero Jhan Carlos E.I.R.L. Iquitos – Perú. 2020

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, se realizó en el aserradero JHAN CARLOS E.I.R.L. IQUITOS, en la carretera, Santa María Nro. S/n - Masusa, Distrito de Punchana, con el objetivo de determinar los problemas de la calidad del aserrío y coeficiente de rendimiento. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos se puede indicar Se evaluaron 34 trozas de la especie Claricia Biflora habiendo determinado 25 trozas de calidad A alcanzado el 75 % del total de trozas, 6 trozas de calidad B alcanzando el 17 % del total y 3 trozas de tercera calidad alcanzando el 9 % del total. El volumen en primera calidad en troza de la especie Claricia biflora fue de 57,23 m³ con 75,20 % del volumen total, la segunda calidad alcanzo 13,17 m³ con 17,30 % del volumen total y 5,71 m³ con 7,5 % del volumen total. El volumen total de madera aserrada de 34 troza con 37.64m³, siendo de 29.09 m³ de calidad primera, 4.94 m³ de segunda calidad y 2.32 m³ de tercera calidad. El coeficiente de rendimiento para el total de la madera en troza y aserrada fue de 67 %, en primera calidad llego a 69 % y en segunda y tercera calidad al 51 % para cada calidad. El volumen promedio por tabla fue 8,64 pt, el mayor promedio se dio en las tablas de 14 pies de largo con 10,55 pt/tabla y el menor promedio en las tablas de 6 pies de largo con 5,15 pt. El mayor volumen por largo de tabla se dio de 10 a 12 pies con 2400,83 pt, 2 085,42 pt y 2 044,17 pt.

The coefficient of performance for the total of logs and sawn wood was 67%, in first quality it reached 69 % and in second and third quality 51% for each quality.
