Aspectos clínicos y epidemiológicos de los neonatos con cardiopatías congénitas en el servicio de neonatología del Hospital Regional de Loreto 2015 -2019

Abstract

Introducción Las cardiopatías congénitas son daños tanto en las estructuras y el funcionamiento tanto del corazón como de los grandes vasos, el cual se debe a alteraciones que se producen en la embriogénesis, y también influyen otros factores como maternos y familiares el cual ocurren en la tercera y decima semana de gestación. Objetivo Determinar los aspectos clínicos epidemiológicos de las cardiopatías congénitas de neonatos que ingresan al servicio de neonatología. Hospital Regional de Loreto “Felipe Santiago Arriola Iglesias” 2015-2019 Metodología Se aplicará un estudio descriptivo, transversal no experimental, retrospectivo y observacional. La población de estudio estará conformada por los pacientes neonatos con cardiopatías congénitas atendidos en el Servicio de Neonatología del Hospital Regional de Loreto durante el periodo comprendido entre el año 2015 y 2019. Obtenida la aprobación del Trabajo Académico se realizará una solicitud para el permiso y la evaluación del Comité de Investigación y Comité de Ética del Hospital Regional de Loreto “Felipe Santiago Arriola Iglesias”; Se utilizará fuentes primarias, se obtendrá los datos de los neonatos con patología de cardiopatías Congenitas.
