La motivacion y su relación con la eco eficiencia de las familias de la comunidad de Padre Cocha, Loreto-Perú, 2020

Abstract

The present study was carried out in the community of Padre Cocha, located on the left bank of the Nanay River, Punchana district, which purpose was to determine the relationship between motivation and eco-efficiency in the families of the Padre Cocha community, Loreto-Peru, 2020. From the results obtained, the Cronbach coefficient test for the two variables is obtained, obtaining the category of HIGH with 0.98405458 for motivation and 0.9812347 for eco-efficiency. 127 people were surveyed, and two surveys were conducted, one of motivation with 27 questions and the other of eco-efficiency with 23 questions, making a total of 6350 responses. In the Motivation variable, 20.76% of the respondents answered that they totally disagree with the questions asked, 32.28% answered that they disagree, 32.69% that they totally agreed and 14.26 that they agreed, which leads them to fall into the very low and low categories. In the Eco-efficiency variable, 18.86% responded that they totally disagree, 23, 42 disagree, 36.05% agree and 21.70 total agree, which leads them to be placed in the category of very low and low. The alternative hypothesis is accepted, which maintains that there is a relationship between motivation and eco-efficiency in the workers of the Padre Cocha village according to the chi-square test developed.

El presente estudio, se realizó en la comunidad de Padre cocha, ubicada en la margen izquierda del río Nanay, distrito de Punchana, cuya finalidad fue determinar la relación que existe entre la motivación y la eco eficiencia en las familias de la comunidad de Padre Cocha, Loreto-Perú, 2020. De los resultados obtenidos, se tiene que la prueba de coeficiente Cronbach para las dos variables obteniendo la categoría de ALTA CON 0.98405458 para motivación y 0.9812347 para ecoeficiencia. Se encuestaron 127 personas, y se realizaron dos encuestas una de motivación con 27 preguntas y otra de ecoeficiencia de 23 preguntas haciendo un total de 6350 respuestas. En la variable Motivación el 20,76% de los encuestados contestaron que están en total desacuerdo con las preguntas planteadas, el 32,28 % respondió que están en desacuerdo, el 32,69 %que están en total acuerdo y 14,26 que están de acuerdo, lo que los lleva al ubicarse en las categorías de muy baja y baja. En la variable Ecoeficiencia el 18,86 % respondió que están en total desacuerdo, 23, 42 en desacuerdo, 36,05 % están de acuerdo y el 21,70 total acuerdo lo que los lleva a ubicarse en la categoría de muy baja y baja. Se acepta la hipótesis alterna, que sostiene que si existe relación entre la motivación y la ecoeficiencia en los trabajadores del caserío de Padre Cocha de acuerdo a la prueba de chi cuadrado desarrollada.
