Planificación estratégica y su relación con la gestión administrativa en la unidad ejecutora-407 “red de salud Loreto-Nauta”

Abstract

This research was developed with the purpose of establishing the connection between strategic planning and administrative management of the Executing Unit – 407 Red Salud Loreto – Nauta. Using a basic methodology, non experimental design and correlational descriptive level, where the sample was made up of 68 employees of the Management of the RSLN-UE407, to whom they applied a questionnaire to which the results were obtained through the correlation test. Pearson that showed that there is an inverse relationship between the variables with a coefficient of -0.125, likewise, the significance value came out 0.312 demonstrating that the relationship is not very significant, therefore it is concluded that there is a relationship between the variables that is negative, low and not significant, the alternative hypothesis is accepted therefore the general hypothesis is not met.

Se desarrollo la presente investigación con el motivo de establecer la conexión entre la planificación estratégica y la gestión administrativa de la Unidad Ejecutora – 407 Red Salud Loreto – Nauta. Empleando una metodología de tipo básica, diseño no experimental y nivel descriptiva correlacional, donde conformaron la muestra 68 colaboradores de la Gerencia de la RSLN-UE407, a los cuales aplicaron un cuestionario lo cual los resultados se obtuvieron por medio de la prueba de correlación de Pearson que puso en evidencia que existe una relación inversa entre las variables con un coeficiente de -0.125, asimismo, el valor de significancia salió 0.312 demostrando que la relación es poco significativa, por lo tanto se concluye, que existe una relación entre las variables que es negativa, baja y no significativa, se acepta la hipótesis alternativa por lo tanto no se cumple con la hipótesis general.
