Abstract

Findings are presented in relation to the study after the application of a basic preparation program to improve the management of the educational institution; the main objective was formulated to evaluate the effect of the basic preparation program to improve the management of the public educational institution. 60024 of the District of San Juan Bautista, 2023. The study is an evaluative quasi-experimental design. The population and sample consisted of 25 teachers as well as managers of the educational institution. The findings in relation to the general hypothesis have verified that the implementation of the fundamental preparation program has substantial impacts on the administration of the Public Educational Institution 60024 of the District of San Juan. The value of X2 is 13.676 and the value of p is 0.001, which is below the high level of significance of 0.05. It is concluded that the implementation of the fundamental preparation program has notable impacts on the administration of the Public Educational Institution 60024 of the District of San Juan. Se presentan hallazgos en relación al estudio tras la aplicación de un programa de preparación básica para mejorar la gestión directiva de la institución educativa, se formuló como objetivo principal Evaluar el efecto del Programa de preparación básica, para mejorar la Gestión Directiva De La Institución Educativa Pública 60024 del Distrito de San Juan Bautista, 2023. El estudio es de tipo evaluativo diseño cuasi experimental. La población y muestra constaron de 25 entre docentes, así como directivos de la institución educativa. Los hallazgos en relación a la hipótesis general han verificado que la implementación del programa de preparación fundamental tiene impactos sustanciales en la administración de la Institución Educativa Pública 60024 del Distrito de San Juan. El valor de X2 es 13,676 y el valor de p es 0,001, que está por debajo del nivel elevado de significancia de 0,05. Se concluye que la implementación del programa de preparación fundamental tiene impactos notables en la administración de la Institución Educativa Pública 60024 del Distrito de San Juan.
