La ejecución del gasto público y el índice de desarrollo humano en los distritos del departamento de Loreto, 2022

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to identify the association that describes the execution of public spending and the human development index in the districts of the department of Loreto. The population is integrated by all the districts of Loreto, the sample was the same as the population. It uses an ex post facto non-experimental research design with a descriptive and correlational scope. Documentary analysis is used as a research technique and a data collection form is used as an instrument. The processing of the data obtained was done in SPSS v.27, and to contrast hypotheses, the Pearson coefficient was applied, for observing "normality" in the distribution of the study data. Pearson's r has a value of 0.355 with a bilateral significance of 0.009, which corroborates the central hypothesis of this research, that is, that if there is a correlation between the variables under study, although of a low degree but statistically significant (p- value 0.009 ˂ 0.05).

Esta pesquisa tuvo por propósito identificar la asociación que describen la ejecución del gasto público y el índice de desarrollo humano en los distritos del departamento de Loreto. La población está integrada por todos los distritos de Loreto, la muestra fue la misma que la población. Utiliza un diseño de investigación no experimental ex post facto y de alcance descriptivo y correlacional. Utiliza como técnica de investigación el análisis documental y como instrumento una ficha de recopilación de datos. El procesamiento de los datos obtenidos se hizo en SPSS v.27, y para contrastar hipótesis se aplicó el coeficiente de Pearson, por observar “normalidad” la distribución de los datos del estudio. El r Pearson tiene un valor de 0.355 con una significancia bilateral de 0.009, lo que corrobora la hipótesis central de esta pesquisa, es decir, que, si hay una correlación entre las variables en estudio, aunque de grado bajo pero significativo estadísticamente (p-valor 0.009 ˂ 0.05).
