Nivel de conocimiento y actitud en relación a medidas preventivas en salud bucal en las madres de niños de 3 a 5 años de la I.E.I Cuna Jardín Corazón de Jesús, distrito de Belén

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como propósito evidendar si existe relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y actitud en medidas preventivas en salud bucal en las madres de niños de 3 a 5 años de edad de la I.E.I. Cuna Jardín Corazón de Jesús del distrito de Belén, La muestra fue de 180 madres. Se construyó 2 instrumentos de Nivel de conocimiento y actitudes en medidas preventivas en las madres, fue validada por la técnica de ••Juicio de Expertos•• y una prueba piloto. La confiabilidad fue evaluada con coeficiente Alfa de Cronbadl donde el Nivel de conocimierto fue de O. 78, suficientes, y de actitud fue de O. 71, favorables. La evaluación de los instrumentos fueron de 98.9% y 98.2% respectivamente. Los resultados obtenidos fueron: 71.1% (128) de madres de niños presentaron conocimiento suficiente, el 89.4% (161) de las madres presentaron actitud favorable y el 67.2% (121) de las madres tenían conodmiento suficiente y actitudes favorables. Se conduye que Existe relación significativa entre el nivel de conocimiento y actitud en relación a las Medidas Preventivas en Salud Bucal de las madres de niños de 3 a 5 años de edad de l. E. l. Cuna Jardín Corazón de Jesús".

The present resean:::h had as aim to demonstrate if there is any relationship between the level, knowledge and attitude regarding to oral health preventive measures in mothers of children from 3 to 5 years of the "l. E. l. Cuna Jardín Corazon de Jesus, District of Belen". The sample was 180 mothers. Two instruments, level of knowledge and attitudes, on preventive measures in mothers were built; and it was validated by the technique of "Experts' Judgment" and a pilot test. The reliability was evaluated using Cronbach alpha coefficient where the level of knowledge was O. 78, sufficient, and attitude was 0.71, favorable. The evaluation of the instruments was 98.9% and 98.2%, respectively. The obtained results were: 71.1% ( 128) of mothers of children had sufficient knowledge, 89.4% (161) of mothers had favorable attitude and 67.2% ( 121) of mothers had sufficient knowledge and favorable attitudes. lt is concluded that there is a significant relationship between the "Level of knowledge and attitude regarding to Oral Health Preventive Measures of mothers of children ages 3 to 5 of the "I.E.I. Cuna Jardín Corazon de Jesus, District of Belen". These instruments can be used in fi.Jture studies describing and evaluating prevention programs.
