Valoración de las intervenciones con multimicronutrientes en cuatro centros de salud representativos de la ciudad de Iquitos, 2015.

Abstract

La presente Investigación se ejecutó con el fin de Valorar el Conocimiento sobre las Intervenciones con Multimicronutrientes en cuatro Centros de Salud Representativos de la Ciudad de Iquitos, 2015, en padres, madres y/o cuidadores de un menor de 6 a 35 meses de edad que reciben Multimicronutrientes. Empleando como instrumento de recolección de datos un formulario elaborado por las propias tesistas con el apoyo de personal capacitado en el tema y sometido a validez de contenido mediante el juicio de expertos. Los resultados fueron procesados y analizados con la ayuda del programa estadístico SPSS versión 22 para Windows XP. El nivel de confianza para las pruebas fueron del 95% con un nivel de significancia α = 0,05. (p < 0,05) para aceptar la relación entre el Nivel de Conocimiento y la Valoración o diferencia de la Valoración entre los cuatro Centros de Salud. Se contó con la participación de 252 personas; de los cuales se obtuvo que el Nivel de Conocimiento sobre los Multimicronutrientes de los padres, madres y/o cuidadores del menor usuario, el 64,7% presentaron un Nivel de Conocimiento bueno, el 32,1% Conocimiento regular y 2,8% Conocimiento deficiente. Con respecto al Nivel de Valoración de la Intervención con Multimicronutrientes, se determinó que, el 52,8% fueron evaluados con Nivel de Valoración alto, 44,4% tuvieron Valoración medio y el 2,8% presentó Valoración bajo. La relación observada entre el Nivel de Conocimiento y el Nivel de Valoración de las madres, padres y/o cuidadores del menor con Intervención de Multimicronutrientes en los cuatro Centros de Salud representativos, indicó relación estadísticamente significativa. De acuerdo a las diferencias significativas encontradas se demostró que el Centro de Salud Bellavista Nanay valora las Intervenciones de Suplementación con Multimicronutrientes por encima de los Centros de Salud Morona cocha y San Juan

This research is executed in order to evaluate the knowledge of interventions with multimicronutrients four Health Centers Representatives Iquitos, 2015, of parents and / or guardians of a child under 6-35 months of age who receive multimicronutrients. Using as a data collection instrument a form prepared by themselves postgraduates students with the support of trained personnel in the field and subjected to content validity by expert judgment. (p <0.05) to accept the relationship between the level of knowledge and appraisal or valuation difference between the four health centers. It was composed by 252 people attended; of which it was found that the level of knowledge about multimicronutrients of parents and / or guardians of the child user, 64.7% had good knowledge level, 32.1% Regular knowledge level and 2.8% poor knowledge level. With respect to the valuation level of the intervention with multi micronutrients was determined that 52.8% were evaluated with high valuation level, 44.4% had average valuation and 2.8% had low valuation. The observed relationship between the level of knowledge and the valuation level of mothers, parents and / or guardians of the child with the intervention with multi micronutrients in the four representative’s health centers shows statistically significant relationship. According to the significant differences found it was shown to the Health Center Bellavista Nanay values the supplementation interventions with multimicronutrients above the others three health centers mentioned above.
