dc.description.abstractEsta investigación se realizó en el Centro de Investigación y Enseñanza Forestal. Puerto Almendra Facultad de Ciencias Forestales de la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana. En parcelas permanentes de bosques inundables del Rio Nanay. Ubicada a 25 km de la ciudad de Iquitos; con coordenadas UTM 6799605S; 9576805N; altitud 117-122 msnm, Región Loreto. Se inventario en el periodo 2013-2014 para determinar el crecimiento, sobrevivencia, mortandad y calidad de 2 tipos de brinzales en el bosque inundado. Para el análisis de datos se utilizó 6 fajas con dimensiones de 100 m lineales cada faja, con distanciamiento entre fajas de 30 m, en parcelas de 2x2, 5x5 y 10x10 m2 se obtuvo 36 unidades muéstrales en un área de 600 m2, se evaluaron las siguientes categorías de brinzales: brinzal 1 (B1) >de 0.30 m de altura hasta < de 1.20 m de altura. brinzal 2 (B2) ≥ de 1,20 m de altura hasta ˂ de 5 cm de diámetro; con registro de datos antes y después de la inundación, obteniéndose los siguientes resultados. a) El inventario reportó 640 individuos, 38 especies y 23 familias. b) La altura, brinzal 1 fue de 7.97 m con promedio de 0.22 m y en brinzal 2 fue 10.72 m y promedio de 0.30 m. c) El diámetro, brinzal 1 fue de 0.83 cm y promedio de 0.02 cm y en brinzal 2 fue de 0.88 cm con promedio de 0.02 cm. d) La sobrevivencia, brinzal 1, 121 plántulas, promedio3 plántulas, brinzal 2, 205 plántulas, promedio 6 plántulas. e) La mortalidad, brinzal 1, 111plántulas, promedio de 3 plántulas, brinzal 2, 193 plántulas y promedio de 5 plántulas f) De acuerdo al vigor y los indicadores de la calidad, se concluye que en este estudio se reportó para el brinzal 1, 121 plántulas de las cuales 106 fueron buenas y 15 regulares y para el brinzal 2, 215 plántulas de los cuales 201 fueron buenas y 14 regulares; en términos porcentuales, brinzal 1 el 87.60% fueron buenas y el 12.39% regulares, para brinzal 2 el 93.48% fueron buenas y el 6.51% regulares.es_PE
