Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la planificación estratégica y el desarrollo organizacional de la Institución Educativa Primaria Secundaria “Rosa Agustina Donayre de Morey” Iquitos. 2012. Materiales y métodos: Se aplicó un cuestionario estructurado de dos escalas para medir la planificación estratégica y el desarrollo organizacional a una muestra de 27 unidades de análisis, previa validez racional y una confiabilidad alfa de Cronbach de 0.867 y 0,725 respectivamente. El diseño fue no experimental transversal. Para el análisis estadístico se empleó x2, con un p<0,05. Se observó: el resultado x2 = 27,930>3,84; p= 0,02<0,05. Conclusión: Existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre la planificación estratégica y el desarrollo organizacional
