Estudio de pre-factibilidad para la instalación de una planta para obtener bioetanol a partir del maíz (Zea mays) en la región Loreto

Abstract

Es un breve análisis de los aspectos más importantes del proyecto, se realiza el estudio de prefactibilidad para la instalación de una planta de bioetanol a partir del maíz en la región Loreto, se efectúa el estudio de mercado, efectuando técnicas estadísticas de proyección de producción y consumo de bioetanol, localizando la planta en la provincia de Maynas, determinamos el tamaño de producción de la planta en base al estudio de mercado, describimos el proceso productivo, efectuamos el balance de materia y energía, especificamos los equipos a emplear, realizamos la organización del proyecto en base a la estructura orgánica, marco legal, así como las funciones de las diferentes áreas administrativas; desarrollamos las inversiones requeridas (activos tangibles e intangibles, capital de trabajo, fuentes de financiamiento que se requiere, características, condiciones, estructura y cronograma de financiamiento. Efectuamos el presupuesto de caja, describimos el programa de producción. Los ingresos por venta del producto, así como los egresos del proyecto, presupuesto total del costo de producción; determinamos el punto de equilibrio, finalmente evaluamos el proyecto, en base a indicadores de evaluación como son: valor actual neto (VAN), tasa interna de retorno (TIR), periodo de recuperación de la inversión, así como la relación beneficio costo (B/C). Concluimos, mencionando lo siguiente: demanda insatisfecha de 6 788 814 Lt de Etanol anhidro para el año 2015, y una capacidad instalada de 2 030 670 Lt de bioetanol Carburante en la Región Loreto. El proyecto requiere de una inversión Total de US $ 1 794 916 y su financiamiento será cubierto en un 90 % por COFIDE y BANCO CONTINENTAL, (US $ 1 615 424.4); así mismo el 10 % corresponderá al aporte propio de las accionistas de las empresas (US $ 179 491.6). La evaluación técnica y económica del proyecto, obtuvo los siguientes resultados: El punto de equilibrio en función de la cantidad de producto es de PEc= 961 598 Lt de Etanol Anhidro (Producto)/ año y en función de los ingresos, ingresos por ventas de etanol anhidro, representan 40,72% de la capacidad instalada. De acuerdo a la evaluación económica del proyecto y aplicando una taza de descuento de 21,20% para el cálculo del VANE, obteniéndose un valor de US $ 3 260 453. La TIRE es de 56 % y la relación beneficio / costo económico (B/CE) es 3.83.

This is a short review about the most important aspects of the Project, the prefeasibility study is done for the installation of a bioethanol plant based on corn from the region loreto, the market research is done, making statistical projections techniques of production and consumption of bioethanol, localizing the plant in the province of maynas, we determinate the size of production of the plant basing on the market research, we describe the productive process effecting the balance of matter and energy, we specify the equipment to be used, we do the project organization based on the organic structure, the legal framework, as the functions of the different administrative areas, we develop the required investments (tangible and intangible assets, working capital, sources of financing required, characteristics, conditions, structure and a financing schedule. We make the cash budget, describe the production schedule. The Revenues from product sales as well as project expenditures, total budget of the production cost; we determinate the balance point, finally we evaluate the product, basing on indicators of evaluation as there are: Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), payback period of investment, as well as the cost-benefit (C/B). We conclude, by mentioning the following: unsatisfied demand for 112,613,599 Lt anhydrous ethanol for 2013 from 4,590,101 Lt Carburant bioethanol in the Loreto Region. Installed capacity of 2.03067 million Lt of product per year and it will be in the city of Iquitos. The project requires a total investment of US $ 1,974,916 and its financing will be covered by 90% by COFIDE and Continental BANK (US $ 754,560.45); Similarly 10% will be for the contribution of corporate shareholders (US $ 83,840.05). The technique and economic evaluation, got the following results: The balance point depending on the amount of product is PEc = 1451694, 91 Lt anhydrous ethanol (Product) / year depending on income, PEi = 634,589.63 U.M. sales revenues of anhydrous ethanol, represent 40.72% of installed capacity. According to the economic evaluation of the project and applying a discount rate from 21.20% for calculating the VANE, obtaining a value of US $ 3,260 453. The EIRR is 56% and the benefit / economic cost (B / EC) is 3.83.
