Abstract

El área de estudio fue de 700 ha que se encuentra ubicada en los terrenos de la Comunidad Nativa “Siete de Mayo”; políticamente se encuentra en el distrito Putumayo, provincia Maynas, región Loreto. El objetivo fue obtener información de la relación entre el diámetro - altura comercial de los árboles de un bosque natural de terraza baja. Para la evaluación se utilizaron fajas, distribuidas sistemáticamente, de 100 m de ancho por 1590 m de largo, en total fueron 44 unidades de muestreo. Los resultados indican que se han registrado 41 especies comerciales distribuidas en 19 familias botánicas; las especies representativas fueron “lupuna” (19 individuos), “capirona” (14 individuos) y “cumala” (13 individuos); la asociación entre diámetro y altura comercial de los árboles de especies comerciales del bosque de terraza baja fue excelente con coeficiente de correlación 0,998; se ajustaron 2 modelos alométricos, ellos fueron cuadrático y cúbico.The study area became of 700 it is necessary to he finds itself located in the Community Nativa's pieces of land seven of Mayo; Politically he finds in the district Putumayo, province Maynas, region Loreto.
