Abstract
La presente tesis titulada “ESTILOS DE PENSAMIENTO Y ESTILOS DE
LIDERAZGO DE LOS DIRECTORES Y SUBDIRECTORES DE LAS
INSTITUCIONES EDUCATIVAS DE CABALLO COCHA - 2013”, es un trabajo de
investigación de tipo descriptivo bivariado ya que se buscó identificar los estilos de
pensamiento que tienen preponderancia en la gestión de las instituciones
educativas públicas de Caballo Cocha por parte de los señores directores y
subdirectores; y también evaluar, en la visión de los señores profesores, el estilo de
liderazgo que prepondera en las autoridades de las instituciones educativas
públicas de la capital de la provincia de Ramón Castilla.
El objetivo principal fue precisamente evaluar los estilos de pensamiento y de
liderazgo de los señores directores de las Instituciones Educativas públicas de
Caballo Cocha.
Se trabajó con las hipótesis siguientes: la mayoría de directores y subdirectores
practican el pensamiento judicial según las funciones, el pensamiento jerárquico
según las formas; el pensamiento global según los niveles; el pensamiento externo
según los alcances y el pensamiento conservador según las inclinaciones. En
cuanto a los estilos de liderazgo se planteó que el estilo AUSENTE es el que
prepondera en los señores directores y subdirectores, según la opinión de sus
docentes.
En lo referente a la población y muestra se trabajó con una población de 14
directores y subdirectores, de los cuales, la muestra la conformó 8 directores y
subdirectores.
Se trabajó con una muestra de 24 profesores, aplicándose el muestreo no
probabilístico de conveniencia.
Respecto a los resultados, se confirmaron las hipótesis, ya que en cuanto a los
estilos de pensamiento según su función, la mayoría de directores (62%) tienen el
estilo judicial, seguido del estilo legislativo (25%) y luego el estilo ejecutivo (13%).
Según la forma, la mayoría de directores trabaja con el estilo jerárquico (37%)
seguido de los estilos monárquico y anárquico, cada uno con 25% y, finalmente, el
estilo oligárquico con 13%. Según el nivel, los directores y subdirectores de Caballo

Cocha, en su gran mayoría trabajan con el estilo global (75%), seguido del estilo
local (25%). Según el alcance, los directores y subdirectores de Caballo Cocha
practican el estilo de pensamiento externo (75%), seguido del estilo interno (25%);
y, en cuanto a su inclinación, el 75% practican el estilo conservador, y un 25% el
estilo liberal.
This thesis entitled "STYLES OF THINKING AND LEADERSHIP STYLES OF MANAGERS AND DEPUTY OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF HORSE COCHA - 2013" is a research descriptive bivariate as it sought to identify the thinking styles that have dominance in management of public educational institutions Caballo Cocha by lords and deputy directors; and evaluate, in the vision of teachers gentlemen, the leadership style that prevails in authorities of public educational institutions in the capital of the province of Ramón Castilla. The main objective was to evaluate precisely the thinking styles and leadership of principals lords of the public Educational Institutions Caballo Cocha. We worked with the following assumptions: Most principals and vice practice court thought as functions, hierarchical thinking in the forms; global thinking by levels; external thoughts as scopes and conservative thought as inclinations. As for leadership styles arose that ABSENT style is what prevails in principals and vice lords, in the opinion of their teachers. In relation to the population and sample worked with a population of 14 directors and deputy directors, of which the sample formed eight principals and assistant principals. We worked with a sample of 24 teachers, applying non-probability convenience sampling. Regarding the results, hypotheses were confirmed, since in terms of thinking styles by function, most managers (62%) have the legal style, followed by (25%) legislative style and then the executive style (13%). According to the form, most directors working with hierarchical style (37%) followed by the monarchy and anarchic styles, each with 25% and finally the oligarchic style with 13%.
