Abstract
La investigación formuló el objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el desempeño docente y
logros de aprendizaje en estudiantes del 6to grado de educación primaria de la Institución
Educativa N° 60826 "Eleodoro Bustamante López" de Moronacocha de !quitos en el año
2011.
La investigación fue de tipo correlacional y el diseño fue no experimental de tipo transversal
correlacional
La población lo conformó 50 estudiantes de 6tº grado "A y B" de educación primaria de la
institución educativa N° 60826 "Eleodoro Bustamante López" de Moronacocha de Iquitos en
el año 2011 y la muestra la conformó 27 estudiantes de 6to grado "B". la selección de la
muestra fue en forma no probabilística por conveniencia.
Las técnicas que se emplearon en la recolección de los datos fueron: La Encuesta y el Análisis
Documental y los instrumentos fueron: El Cuestionario y el Acta de Evaluación.
Los resultados indican X2
c = 11.49 > X2
t = 5.99. gl == 2, p < 0.05% lo que permitió aceptar la
hipótesis de investigación: Existe relación entre el desempeño docente y logros de aprendizaje
en estudiantes del 6to grado de educación primaria de la Institución Educativa No 60826
"Eleodoro Bustamante López" de Moronacocha de !quitos en el año 2011.
Research tormulated the objective: to determine the relationship between the teaching performance and achievements of leaming in students of the 6th grade of primary education in the educational institution N° 60826 "E]eodoro Bustamante Lopez" of Moronacocha of Iquitos in the year 2011. The research was of correlational and experimental design was not in a cross-sectional correlational. The population of the 50 students formed of 6tº degree "A y B" of elementary education fi•om the educational institution N° 60826 "Eleodoro Bustamante Lopez" of Moronacocha of Iquítos in 2011 and shows the formed 27 students from 6tº degree "B." The selection of the sample was in non-probabilistic form for convenience. The techniques that were used in the data collection were: The survey and the documentary analysis ancl the instmments were: the questionnaire and the written record of the evaluation. The results indicate X2c = 1149 > X2t = 5.99, d.f. = 2, p < 0.05 % what made it possible to accept the research hypotheses: There is a relationship between the teaching performance and achievements of learning students of the 6th Q:rade of primarv education in the educational institution NO. 60826 "Eleodoro Bustamante Lopez" of Moronacocha of Iquitos in the year 2011.
