Abstract
La presente tesis titulada “EFECTIVIDAD DE UN PROGRAMA DE
ORATORIA ACADÉMICA EN LA MEJORA DE LA EXPRESIÓN ORAL DE
LOS ESTUDIANTES DE 3° AÑO DE SECUNDARIA DE LA I.E.P.S “MORB”
2013- 2014, ha tenido como objetivo general determinar la efectividad de un
programa de oratoria académica en la mejora de la expresión oral en
estudiantes del tercer año de secundaria de la Institución Educativa Primaria
Secundaria “Mariscal Oscar R. Benavides”, Iquitos, 2013-2014; y como
objetivo específicos a. evaluar el nivel de expresión oral que tienen los
estudiantes del tercer año de secundaria, antes de la aplicación del programa
de oratoria académica; b. evaluar el nivel de expresión oral que tienen los
estudiantes del tercer año de secundaria después de la aplicación del
programa de oratoria académica; y c. determinar en qué medida mejorará la
expresión oral de los estudiantes del tercer año de secundaria luego de
aplicar el programa de oratoria académica. Se ha trabajado con la hipótesis
general siguiente: la aplicación de un programa de oratoria en los estudiantes
del tercer año de secundaria mejorará significativamente en su nivel de
expresión oral; y con las hipótesis específicas siguientes: a. los estudiantes
del tercer año de secundaria tienen un deficiente nivel de expresión oral
antes de la aplicación del programa de oratoria; y b. los estudiantes del
tercer año de secundaria mejorarán significativamente su nivel de expresión
oral después de la aplicación del programa de oratoria.
Se ha trabajado con las variables: programa de oratoria académica (V.1) y
calidad de expresión oral (V.2.) y los indicadores de la primera variable
programa de oratoria académica son: objetivos, justificación, contenidos,
metodología, evaluación. Para la variable calidad de expresión oral se trabajó
los indicadores: formas de presentación del discurso, el estilo, los
ingredientes del estilo, la elocución, la dicción, los gestos.
Respecto a la metodología el tipo de investigación es cuasi experimental,
porque se manipuló la variable independiente “Programa de Oratoria”; se ha
usado el diseño cuasi-experimental con un sólo grupo, con prueba antes y
prueba después. La población estuvo conformada por todos los estudiantes
del 3er año de secundaria de la I.E.MORB que son un total de 300 alumnos;
la muestra estuvo conformada por los estudiantes de 3ero “A” de secundaria
de I.E. “MORB” que son un total de 30 alumnos. Para recoger información se
ha utilizado dos técnicas primero la técnica de observación y luego la
observación oral con indicadores y el instrumento denominado ficha de
observación y evaluación oral. Para el análisis estadístico se utilizó la
estadística descriptiva con gráficos y porcentajes para la prueba de
hipótesis se aplicó la diferencia de medias.
Respecto a los resultados, la mayoría de los estudiantes del 3° grado de
secundaria tienen un nivel deficiente de expresión oral, tanto del grupo
experimental como el de control y ningún alumno cuenta con un nivel
excelente, antes de la aplicación del Programa de tutoría.
Referente a la evaluación del efecto del Programa de oratoria académica en
la mejora de la expresión oral del grupo experimental y de control, en el
grupo experimental la mayoría de estudiantes tiene un nivel de expresión oral
bueno (36.67%), seguido de regular (26.67%), y excelente (16.67%), el 20%
obtuvo un nivel deficiente. En el grupo control, la mayoría de estudiantes
tiene un nivel de rendimiento académico deficiente (43.33%), seguidas de
regular (33.33%), bueno (23.33%), y excelente (0%); lo que prueba que los
alumnos que fueron expuestos al Programa de oratoria alcanzan mejores
niveles de expresión oral que los alumnos que no hicieron uso del programa.
En el análisis correlacional, se logra con objetividad el objetivo general que
era “determinar la efectividad de un del Programa de oratoria académica en
la mejora de la expresión oral en estudiantes del 3° grado de secundaria de
la Institución Educativa MORB.
This thesis entitled "EFFECTIVENESS OF SPEECH ACADEMIC PROGRAM IN IMPROVING THE SPEAKING OF STUDENTS OF 3rd YEAR OF SECONDARY IEPS" MORB "2013- 2014, had as general objective to determine the effectiveness of a program academic, in oratory improving the oral expression in juniors in high school Primary secondary Educational Institution "Mariscal Oscar R. Benavides", Iquitos, 2013-2014; and to target specific. Assess the level of speaking with junior, before the implementation of the program of the academic oratory; b. Assess the level of speaking with students after the implementation of the program of academic oratory f; and c. determine the extent to improve the oral expression of the junior after implementing the program of the academic oratory. We have worked with the following general hypothesis: the implementation of a program of oratory for junior will improve significantly in their levels of oral expression; and the following specific hypotheses: a. the students in high school have a poor level of speaking before the application of the program’s oratory; and b. the junior significantly improve their levels of oral expression after the implementation of the program’s oratory. We have worked with the variables: the academic program’s oratory (V.1) and quality of oral expression (V.2.) And indicators of the first variable speaking of the academic program are: objectives, rationals, contents, methodologys, evaluation. Presentations of speech, style, ingredients style, elocution, diction, gestures: For the variable quality of oral expression indicators had worked. Regarding the type of research methodology is quasi experimental, because the independent variable "Program Speech" was manipulated; has used the quasiexperimental design with a single group, and test after the test before. The population consisted of all students in the 3rd year of junior high IEMORB are a total of 300 students; the sample consisted in students from 3rd "A" secondary IE "MORB" that are a total of 30 students. To collect information we used two techniques the first observation technique and then the oral observations flags and instrument called oral record of observation and evaluation. Statistical analysis Descriptive statistics with graphs and percentages, for the hypothesis testing its we applied the mean difference. Regarding the results, most students of the 3rd year of secondary school have a poor level of speaking, both the experimental and the control and no student has an excellent level before the implementation of mentoring. Regarding the assessment of the effect of the academic oratory Program in improving the oral expression of experimental and control group, the experimental group most students have a good level of oral expression (36.67%), followed by a regular (26.67 %) and excellent (16.67%), 20% had a poor level. In the control group, most students have a poor level of academic performance (43.33%), followed by a regular (33.33%), good (23.33%) and excellent (0%); proving that students who were exposed to speech program achieve better levels of speaking that students did not use the program. In the correlational analysis, objectivity is achieved with the overall objective was "to determine the effectiveness of a program of academic speech on improving speaking in 3rd grade students of Secondary Educational Institution MORB.
