Abstract
Demetoxiaspidospermina, Demetilaspidospermina y Aspidospermina, utilizando
The present research aims to isolate and identify the alkaloids of the leaves of Aspidosperma camporum Müll. Arg (Remo caspi) (Apocynaceae). The leaves of Aspidosperma camporum Müll. Arg (3,0 Kg), dried at 20 ° C temperature for a period of 15 days, the ethanolic extract was prepared by maceration with ethanol for 27 days, with solvent renewal every 48 hours, ethanol was removed under reduced pressure in A rotary evaporator to dryness, weighed and 198,26 g was obtained. Of ethanolic extract. From the ethanolic extract the basic alkaloidal extract of 3,93 g and a basic alkaloidal residue of 30,0 g were obtained. Three alkaloids were isolated using column chromatography (CC), thin layer chromatography (CCF) and preparative chromatography (PTLC) techniques. The chemical structure was determined by the interpretation of epectrometric (EM) and spectroscopic data (1H NMR and 13C NMR, COSY, NOESY, HSQC and HMBC). Compared with data published in the chemical literature, three alkaloids were identified: Demethoxiaspidospermina, Demetylaspidospermina and Aspidospermina.
